Turn off, update any details at all.And they still have not sent me a debit card, despite charging for the use of it every month! Will you call them?Ask you to email and whenever you email.They've asked you to call. As for the borrowing facilities Are you increased my income with the part-time job?And they wouldn't give me an emergency loan of five hundred pounds which repaid only £50 a month! This is after years of loyalty and deposits of up to 20000 pounds.so glad they never saw the full 38000 o would have deposited if they were not idiots! I would have lift twenty eight thousand pounds in there for a year

Can never get an answer on the phone, I've been calling for 3 weeks now. I had spoken to the same woman twice who had said she would call me back that day. On both occasions she did not. When i did finally get through she hadnt done anything she said she would in regards to my account and sending the information to the right place. Nothing had been updated on my account. Very poor customer service. Definitely not a bank for the community. Love you paying money in though. Stay clear

Stay well away .....we had just short of £5,500 in and we were still putting in as much as £50 to £75 per week as we were saving for my partners motorcycle we ask them for a loan .........and to our amazement they asked to see gills bank account she had decided to save with the credit union because she did not like banks or trust them ..... we hoped our savings would help other people with loans but when we needed help it was a no ! we have withdrawn all our money every last penny we will not bank with them again

Saved thousands of pounds over the years with these they offerd me a loan of of 500 pounds last year my circumstances have changed where I can't keep paying in and requested a small loan and unfortunately can't suddenly give me a loan. I'll be pulling my remaining savings out of credit union... not fit for purpose anymore place needs shutting down. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE. Will probably lend to them hard up small loans with my money!

Totally fed up with them! Going to cancel my account. The last time I tried to draw on my account o was told o couldn't do it over the phone but had to send an email. Tried email.yesterday with relevant information and now told I have to confirm by phone! I have cancelled my standing order.

Unfortunately my mother in law passed away, she had an account with B.D.C.U. after her passing we went down to the the office. We filled out the relevant forms as instructed and was told the finances would be released 24 to 48 hours later, nothing came we rang and they said they had wrote to us requesting more proof of id. As we are away from home sorting out the funeral we would receive the letter and if we hadn't rung we would still be waiting for the funds to be released. We are still awaiting the funds nearly 2 weeks later.This is not the sort of service you expect especially at such a sad time.

Paid back loan and tried to apply for. New loan of 500 and had to wait 6 months to re apply then got told to wait 60 days I don’t see how making a account matters as it should be easier to access loans once a customer and paid back no difference to payday loans 500 pay back 800 plus with the union . Very unsatisfactory
