I live in Tennessee and a few months ago a deer ran into the front of my car and damaged my passenger side headlight. Through Cadillac, that replacement was $1600, so I held off for quite a while. I started searching and this place had one in stock. I found out there was only 5 in the country and they were the closest to us. I spoke with Burl and he got this packed up and shipped the same day. It arrived perfect. He asked me to text him as soon as it arrived to make sure everything was ok. I cannot speak high enough about this company. I actually have them searching for more parts for us. Great job and thank you for taking care of this. Five stars all the way!!!!

My Motorhome started leaking coolant while traveling south. Brian's looked at it right away and diagnosed a radiator issue. New parts delivery was days away but they found some salvage parts out back and got me on my way in a couple of hours allowing me to travel home safely. Good people!

They tie and have a lot of used car parts of ur need of something used def give them a call n see what they got I have went there several times for used parts.

My wife had them change out the exhaust muffler. Of course they found things that were “overdue”. The worst one was the tires. They told my wife that the rear tires were so worn that she could skid out of control in the rain, yeah right. She almost went and got those new tires, but she waited to talk to me. These particular tires have a new tread depth of 9 mm with a wear indicator at 1-2 mm on the tire. When I went out to measure the tread depth (yes I have a tread gauge for my motorcycle) the worse spot I measured was 7mm, average was 8 mm. My wife always rotates her tires, I found that all 4 tires averaged 8mm. WE WILL NEVER TRUST BRIANS AGAIN. If they tell you it’s broke, get a second opinion. We will stay with Watson’s in Manistee, most honest bunch I have ever dealt with, including my 20yrs moving around while in the Navy.
Update. They also told here that the cabin air filter was past its replacement date, this model Caravan did not have the automatic climate control, hence no cabin air filter. Also said that the coolant was overdue for a flush and replacement. The Dodge manual says she has another 25,000 miles before it is needed. Lastly, they said the transmission was overdue for an oil change. They quoted a flush and a filter kit. I found out you do one or the other, not both. The quote Brian’s gave was too low for both. My thoughts are that they thought they could take advantage of my wife. When Phil owned this, you could trust him. Beware of these guys.

Had an issue with my exhaust, Brian's Auto got me in and done the same day. Quality work, excellent customer service, couldn't ask for a better experience. Would recommend without hesitation.

Took a dirtbike tire there to have the new one swapped on, they said it would be done same day. took my tire didnt say a word and went towards the back. i then sat there from 3:30 till close wich was five, only for the guy that took my tire come out literally last minute and tell me it now leaks air and that i need a new tube, this was not an issue before i went there. It did not leak air what so ever. Reason for replacing was bad wear on the tire. Will never ever be coming back to brians auto for anything ever again.

Wrong parts several times. Had them pull parts for me and left my name and number to get a call back. Got a call back once out of 3 separate times. After not receiving a call back again after having them pull some vacuum lines, I left it alone and went elsewhere. Only reason it's even 2 stars is that Brian seems nice enough.

Brian and his son Seth worked until the late evening hours well past closing time to get my plow set up installed on my truck before a big snow storm . They went above and beyond my expectations, we're honest and helpful with any questions I had, I can't wait to do bussines with them again in the future !
