The experience that my wife and I had was outstanding, we started by shopping the website for the type of vehicle we wanted and once we found the one we went to the dealership and was greeted quickly and kindly. We asked to test drive the car we had shopped and within 5 minutes of arriving we were on our way. After a short test we hurried back and within the next half hour the process was complete and we were headed home with our new vehicle. The information on their website was thorough and complete with carfax readily available and the salesman was quick courteous and knowledgeable.

Bought a Ford Edge from Jessie in March. She was great, no pressure. First warm day found out drivers side climate control would change off full heat. When I called Mike answered on a Saturday. Dropped car off Monday and picked it up Tuesday. They took care of the repairs. Won’t find that kind of service at a dealer in Grand Rapids. I would buy a vehicle from Jessie or Mike again!

Outstanding! We discovered a used vehicle online at this location, we barely had time to make it to view the car before they closed, but they said they would wait as we were driving 1.5 hrs just to see it and test drive it. Then, being their first contact on the vehicle, they gave us time to think it over. They were super responsive and helpful through the entire process. I am writing this now, 6 months since purchasing the vehicle. We took a trip across the country weeks after purchasing and had zero issues. We've thought often about the amazing service Jessi and the staff provided. Thanks BMG you for your good work and blessings to you all over there.

This was my second vehicle purchased from Broadmore Motor Group in the last 6 months and again I am so thankful for them. If you have ever been to an auto sales dealership to buy a vehicle and had a less than pleasant experience than your next visit should be to one of the BMG dealerships. I found both of my purchases on their website, called to learn more about the particular vehicle and then drove there to test drive and finalize the deal. And deal is the operative word at there places. I have purchased exceptional vehicles at amazing prices. As great as a fair price is the sales people make the experience unlike the norm. There is absolutely no pressure or typical sales tactics. I have been to two of there places and most recently in Hastings where I met Jessie. A very special lady and very good at her job. I left there feeling pleased and grateful. They just treat you like family. I encourage everyone to visit, look around and enjoy your time there. Who knows you may find just what you've been looking for as well.

bought a car here a little over a year ago (rebuilt title) that seemed in great condition. turns out, when i got sold this vehicle i wasn’t aware that the whole brake system in the front wasn’t fixed at all after the collision. my brakes have been terrible and almost going out on the highway and i was wondering how that could be when ive had this car for such a short amount of time. i take it to an auto shop today, and they inform me that my whole front brake system is completely warped, along with the back brakes. i got quoted more than the car is worth to fix my brakes that were in very bad shape that i was uninformed about. very disappointed because brakes in as bad of shape as mine were could have easily gotten me into an accident as well as potentially putting others at risk. i guess ive learned my lesson.
UPDATE
next day i get a message that the brakes are going to cost an additional $2000 to fix, as the whole ABS unit is contaminated. ultimately have decided that i have to sell my car for parts since i can’t imagine being able to resell it and it’s not worth it. now im without a car, thanks to not being properly informed while being sold my car!!
