App is worse than useless and I'm relatively ok with technology.
Impossible to get there in person as they don't open at the weekend - absolutely no thought given (customer service!!) to those who work 9-5 Mon-Fri.
If I do manage to get there on a week day, I have to spend 20/25 mins in a queue as there's not enough staff at the counter - once again, no consideration given to customer service.
How about you cut down on your profits and employ somoneone to create a user friendly app and a few additional counter staff, also please open for a few hrs on Saturday for those of us who work

Been using Cara for a while now. Constant problems with the card, transaction denied, app is absolute disgrace, cant login, incorrect password (it is indeed correct). When adressing the problems on the phone, they tell you, that its not the banks end of the problem, that its you. What an ignorance. Today had to verify my card on applepay, had to call cara. On the phone was told its verified, and its gonna be working. Few hours later at the shop my card is denied. Banks are closed, cant call today, and the shopping is done. Go figure! DO NOT USE. SUBSTANDART QUALITY SERVICES.

Misinformed me over the phone on what I would need to change my address, totally wasted my time, no longer open on Saturdays, so if you work 9-5 Monday to Friday you are expected to take time off work, it amazes me how I can withdraw every penny in my savings account with just my public services card but cannot change my address when I come in with my psc, birth cert, stamped letter from Gardai and a letter from where I work, they are so unhelpful if I could give zero stars I definitely would.
