Staff were incredibly effortful and helpful when I came in with totally non-auto related issue of a broken belt on my woodworking table saw. They did their best to measure to the finest increment existing stock and ended up recommending a back ordered item, even though this meant more work for them. Thanks guys, you are awesome!

Love the Rice family and northern supply! All my business goes to them and I recommend them to all my customers! They're helpful, welcoming and treat you like family as soon as you walk through their doors! And will go through hell or high water to get you what you need at the best possible price!!!

I ordered a battery and they carried it out for me. I use a cane and had to park far away because I had my boat with me, but he carried it the whole way. While inside the staff was pleasant and while talking they got me coffee and some rhubarb dessert. It was very good BTW.

Great customer service and knowledgeable. If they don't have something you need they can almost always order it for you. Closed on Sundays though which is odd but there are enough parts stores in town that it's not a big deal.
