This place is great and they are so friendly! They're not pushy like a normal car dealership is, and they make sure that their vehicles are safe before they will sell them. I was just able to get a wonderful sport track, which is a truck I have loved for so long, at a very good price. During the entire process of test drives, paperwork, discussions, I never felt pressured to buy anything. They also treated me with kindness and respect and were not condescending, (buying a vehicle or going in for any vehicle maintenance as a woman, this is something I've dealt with far too often.) Big John is so nice and friendly, and will make sure that you get into something safe and reliable. I had a different car in mind, and without being rude, he told me that it would not be a good fit and the reasons why, and I'm so glad that he did! He definitely made sure to take great care of me and I would not trust anyone else to buy a car from! Will definitely be going here for our next vehicle as well! ❤️❤️

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Brian Velkey at Cars Trucks and More when purchasing my 2020 Ford EcoSport Titanium! From start to finish, Brian made the process smooth and stress-free.

As a 19-year-old buying my first car, I was a little nervous, but Brian made me feel completely at ease. He was patient and never pressured me into making a decision. After the test drive, he let me take the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection with no hesitation. I also wanted my mom to check out the car and be there during the sale, and Brian was happy to accommodate that too.

While my mom and I went to the bank to get my loan and cashier’s check, Brian handled all the paperwork so that when we got back, all I had to do was sign a few forms—and I was ready to go!

I was impressed by the high standards at Cars Trucks and More. Brian let me know they had already installed new brakes and a new battery before listing the car, which gave me extra peace of mind.

Brian (can't remember his last name but the guy that resembles Jack Nicholson 🤣) did a great job of being patient with me, getting me the best rate, and going the extra mile (literally, drove me home while they detailed my car). In just a few hours i went from carless and stressed to back on the road again. Repaired a liftgate strut because i had kids and it was a safety issue. Gave me an interior detail to help eradicate an odor. These were things THEY offered me, I didn't have to ask, they just made sure i was taken care of. Waited patiently for a time when it was convenient for me. Thank you to Brian and everyone else at cars trucks and more for being pleasant to work with. Great people. Would send my family and friends here without a doubt.

This was probably my best used car purchase so far, bought a 2018 ford police interceptor utility with 75k back in September, so far it’s been a great car only had to replace tires as they were mismatched but other then that it’s a very quiet and smooth ride, and I feel like I paid a reasonable amount for what it is

Check engine did come on about 100 miles ago but it’s for a recall that the ford dealership is fixing for free, but that’s why I waited to write this review to see if anything would happen within that 5k miles

And I loved the fact they didn’t try as hard as they could to get me to trade my car in as people that know what it is see as rare, that was a big turn down for me at other used car lots that offered me a few grand, it was just a “hey I want this car” and we just went through paperwork and down payment and I was off the lot in no time

Brian at Cars Trucks & More was incredible. The more in their name I learned is much more than Vehicles! The customer service and communication was some of the best that I’ve experienced. Brian was patient while I stumbled through my documents and explained everything to me. He really walked me through this sale which was smooth as butter. He also was great to talk to as well. When it’s time for me to purchase another vehicle, I’m calling Brian over at Cars Trucks and More first! All Star Team over there. I wouldn’t have been more satisfied anywhere else.
