Brought my Mother In Law in with my husband (who is also on her account as a representative). My Mother In Laws primary language is Arabic, my husband is fluent in both English and Arabic. “Paddy” called their interpreter line which they had no idea how to translate. He was trying to say they had to go through them, until I pointed out how much of an inconvenience this is and the representative barely knew English but did know Arabic. I told “Paddy” that my husband is fluent in both English and Arabic and he’s also on the account therefore cut out the interpreter. After wasting 10 minutes he finally listened. However her appointment was also at 2:00 PM, we weren't called back until 2:15. A simple transaction took 2 hours and 30 minutes. They stated there was “computer issues” but the representative helping us was so lost, he seemed new which is fine, just ask for help if that’s the case. Then the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my Mother In Law and Brother In Law the day prior because they had got the appointment time mixed up. This whole branch needs to be closed. We will be closing my Mother In Laws account and moving her to MSU which my husband and I both have. They also have a much better rating then a 2 star.

Trying to pay off my auto loan and the only pay to pay it off is by talking to someone. GOODLUCK! I work the same hours and can’t make it in the branch so I’ve been sitting on hold for over an hour. I paid my loan the whole time online but can’t make my last payment that way is terrible. I will never be back for anything.

I was checking my bank account online and noticed I had a $1000 withdrawal. It showed the withdrawal happened at the Pennsylvania Branch. This is not possible because I was not even in the state at the time. How someone was able to go in to the bank and take $1000 out of my account is beyond me considering ID is (should be) required. After calling and alerting them of the issue they said they would look into it and call me back. I never got a call back. I had to continue to call myself and continuously never received any call back. Then they also froze my card without telling me so my bills that automatically used the card had declined. There were no issues with my card - the issue was someone went INTO the bank and took money. They randomly put the $1000 dollars back in to my account without even notifying me and still had my card froze. I yet again had to call myself. Every time I called I confirmed my phone number at the end of the call for them to call me back. I wanted to know how this even happened. They said they were still investigating and would call and let me know when they find out what happened. It’s been weeks now and I never got an explanation on what happened. I get mistakes happen but letting someone take $1000 out of my account and giving no explanation is unacceptable and I no longer trust CASE with my money.

Kim, the teller at the Pennsylvania branch, was so patient and kind with me. And I’ll admit I was being a jerk, yet she was still kind, figured out my issue and she did with such grace. She deserves so much. THANK YOU KIM!

This is the most terrible credit union! They have terrible service and never enough employees. Due to their turnover rate there must be something going on internally to where they can not keep staff. No one seems happy there it’s just a job and no one seems to completely know what they’re doing. Their call center is always backed up and they do terrible with call backs for a loan. You can not walk in and get assistance due to extensive wait time. I’ve noticed how much they have declined and I am wondering who is running their operations department. Whomever it is needs some training on what a business should be ran like. This place is ran down and it seems as if they are not as diverse. I have already begun to remove my funds from this place as it’s giving signs/red flags of going out of business.

Poor service. A 11:00 appointment means 11. Not 11:15 or so. The excuse by Branch Manager was it's Friday. They weren't busy, no one came out to tell me anyone even knew I was there.
