Worst company to work with. Launch Services is the middle man and is absolutely no help at all! It took me 2 months to get a pay off. I paid it and now 2 months later, it hasn't shown as paid in full. The letter with the payoff promised to show it on credit reports as Paid in Full within 30 days after payment. 2 months later, I find out that they had a lein in my home title that is requiring an act of God to get off. THEY ARE THE WORST! Do Not Use Them!

I would not recommend using this company at all. If this is your loan provider, RUN! Today is July 9 and I still didn't get a resolution to an issue that began on May 7. All the company had to do was review two phone calls and look at my account history to determine that there was a clerical error and the account they were pulling from was indeed the account that I'd asked to be taken off. Instead, they let 8 weeks go by with me calling back and speaking with various people just for them to never listen to me. Due to their negligence and inability to own up to their mistake, I received 4 different overdraft fees because they pulled from the wrong account twice and still didn't remove it when I told them about the error so that I received a third overdraft fee when it was time for the next payment. This has put me in a very difficult financial position when I was beginning to get back on track. If a person calls in to switch banks for automatic payments, and you continue to pull payments from the bank that was originally on the account (not a new bank) then obviously a mistake was made. Today I realized they were never going to own up to it and refuse to pay my overdraft fees. Despicable. Despicable. Despicable.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Need to payoff to close on house and they transferred my account to another servicer and the amount is wrong, they show we have a solar lease which is incorrect. We purchased a AC unit and the servicer doesn't know what is wrong. I can't get in touch with anyone. Stay away from them!

The worst Financial institution I have ever worked with I had my loan officer try to reach out and I tried to reach out at least 10 times and the only time they reached out to me was because I was short $.20 on my payment and as soon as I try to pay off, no one is reachable worst worst company ever I would give -1000 stars if I could do you guys know how to reach me I’ve sent numerous angry emails, so so bad people are out here trying to better their lives and castle credit is out here making life so much harder
