I walked in not knowing if i could even get an appointment and Rudi personally handled all of my finances and gave me honest well informed recommendations as well as stellar customer service, encouraging me to feel comfortable during my test drive and maintaining sincere respect and understanding throughout our entire appointment, even ensuring i was also physically comfortable taking out his personal space heater to keep the chill off of us while we spoke.

Absolute scam my fiance bought a car 2 weeks after we called and told them there was something wrong with the car they wanted us to go through the warranty department we were told we have to put it in the shop pay the diagnostic fee and the 250 to get it out. We change the water pump because it kept overheating and we figured that's what it was and it was cheaper to do that than do their song and dance for a car that we only had for 2 weeks... Now the car won't run at all we sent it into the shop it's got a cracked motor the turbo is bad the thing has only been drove 20 miles a day to and from his work other than that we use our other vehicles.... Less than 8,000 mi have been put on that car in 7 months and now they want us to just eat an $8,000 bill for what he owes on the car and they will not fix it we have to pay another $1,000 for the breakdown of the motor to figure out why it's got a cracked motor why the turbos bad why the valve cover gaskets bad.... They financed through a separate company and they're saying it's their problem the finance company said no it's the dealerships problem and the warranty department just doesn't do anything... Absolute scam on a P.o.S car THEY SOLD AND WE'RE IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR

I used to tell everyone that this place is so much better than RPM and other competitors however this feeling has gone down hill. The lady who answers the phone to accept payments is the rudest most condescending customer service worker I’ve came into contact with in a long time. They also decide what card they are going to try to pull the money from before you confirm it and then give you an attitude because that card is no longer in service. Definitely learned our lesson going through here and will listen better to people’s opinions when they say they don’t recommend.

🍅🍅🍅! Warranty is for nothing! Haven’t even had my car for 2 full months & im having so many problems. Car smoking, loud, squealing, some stalling or acting like it won’t start. I only transport back & forth to work which is only about 8 miles. They told me they can’t do anything to help me but when I first got the car they offered a warranty/ promise that I should receive as long as I pay on time every 2 weeks which I have been paying AHEAD of time or a month at a time! Now that I brought the problems up everything is at my expense now & they’re not taking service appointments 🥴 bs!

Do not go here , might have a better chance at RPM. I got a car from them a year ago test drove it it had bad suspension (brakes, and struts) after being told of would be serviced the next day had to wait almost a week for them to get it, take it home I start to smell like a gas leak, took it back they couldn’t find the leak or where the smell was coming from, as well as the car would like steam under the hood. They claimed it was because they spilled antifreeze and that wasn’t the case. Get all of this situated just for the battery/ alternator to go out take it to them they fix it , I get it back, two months later, alternator goes out again calls them they tell me it’s going to be a month until they can look at it like people can pause their life for a whole month. So me being frustrated at the time and the guy who runs the shop, hangs up in my face and making sarcastic remarks, I stated that I can’t make a payment on a car that isn’t drivable. He stated that that’s a terrible way to think, then hangs up , I finally get the car fixed payed over $700 replacing alternator, battery sensor, and the radiator cause it was dry rotted reason for the steaming, just for them to repo my car. When I called up there they said that I told them to come get the car and I had to pay $900 to get the car back. Worst place ever. And now im stuck w no car and a repo on my name after I just spent all my money to fix the truck.
