I rarely leave reviews but this is a must. The only thing I recommend is that you stay far away from this dealership.

1st impression wasn’t bad I went in and they promptly inspected my trade in- that’s about the only good thing I have to say.

My trade in was worth WAY more than what they gave me and I didn’t find out the exact amount I was getting until I was in signing for my new car - yes I asked and was told “it’s about what you owe on it” should I have gotten the exact total yes. That’s on me but “about what i owe” I wasn’t expecting a $2200 difference. My car was in great condition with under 100k miles on it. I got $9500 for it. I could have sold it myself for way more. I wish I did. First mistake.

I quickly test drove a very nice 2022 Acadia. I was pretty specific about what I wanted. So my options were limited and I really loved the one I test drove- first thing I noticed was that the check engine light was one. Salesman assured me that this car was brand new to the lot and it hadn’t been fully inspected and detailed and told me everything would get fixed on it and cleaned up. I really liked the vehicle and ended up going with it. While I’m not disappointed in my purchase of this vehicle I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and follow through this dealership has within their own office. The salesman insisted I take the car home that day and that I could bring it back in to get fixed. Which I did and quickly noticed a few other minor things wrong with the vehicle- I hadn’t completed the purchase yet as it was scheduled for the next day. The check engine light was off so I assumed they had fixed that issue. Before I signed for the new vehicle I brought up these issues and was assured they would be taken care of. Salesman said he would coordinate with the service department and get back to me on when I could drop it off and get a loaner. I got the run around for almost a week- the check engine light was back on by this time. Waited for a call from Service department I ended up calling them myself they had no idea what I was talking about and I talked to 4 different people before I actually got somewhere. Salesman had never said anything to the service department about my vehicle.

I finally got an answer and took my vehicle in and picked it up today 3/20/2025. The vehicle was NOT fully detailed like promised. The tires are still loosing air and I ended up replacing the back windshield blade myself on the way home because it was making an awful noise. Let’s just hope the check engine light issue was actually fixed this time….

Just stay away from this place. All you will get is a Headache.

I have never left a review before. but the service & treatment I received from this staff today, was so GD atrocious and disrespectful I have to say something. First they call me, and ask me to come in. I hide nothing tell them how much I have for down payment, and what can afford monthly for 'X' amount of months. Which, the amount I could afford pays off the vehicle with interest in the allotted time. I live 45 min away so I ask, "Are these number going to work, I live far, if not it's fine, just don't want to waste either of our time." I was told, " the numbers are perfect! Of course. It will not be a problem at all." Again, Perfect was used multiple times. Plus I was told the vehicle comes with a lifetime powertrain warranty, and they will match up to 2k of my down payment. Sounds great, that would really help.. So, I drive there. Once I arrive I am greeted, told to sit at the front desk and will be helped in a moment. After 40 minutes finally someone acknowledges me again. I test drive the vehicle. Told to grab a quick seat and we will work on paperwork. Well an hour goes by before I am acknowledged again. another hour before paperwork -gets started. Then the numbers all change. I am told the vehicle I want doesn't qualify for the powertrain warranty . hmmm but wait there's more. And the 2k down payment they supposedly match. ehh sorry, again doesn't qualify. On top of all that the numbers they show me. are disgustingly and drastically different they already discussed. So outrageous that the numbers actually doubled the sticker price of the vehicle. I was told well "yeah, interest" I have never seen interest calculated that way before. So, I calculate basic math for them, and they say "wait here let us go check and we will fix it. The proceed to return with payments a little lower, still no where near what was discussed, but they added only and additional 36 months. Like I am re-tarted or something. Keeping the price double sticker of the truck. Then they said just come back tmrw as we are closing and we will work on it. completely unaware how pissed I was, they think I left happy and will be back tmrw..They think lying to me and ignoring me for 5 hours has me excited to come back in the morning. Unbelievable. Stay away from this place.

It has been some time since I drove a Chevy - quite impressed with the technology and styling of the 2025 Equinox. It went well enough that my wife also got into a lease within a couple days of mine.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. They tried to sneak a service contract into my finance agreement without my knowledge. Once I caught on and asked to have it removed, they informed me they couldn’t sell the vehicle without it because they would lose the kickbacks they get from the contract. The service contract would have ended up costing me over $12,900—more than half the price of the vehicle I was interested in! It’s outrageous that a dealership this large would try to scam customers like this. Completely unacceptable and incredibly shady business practices. I will be reporting this incident to the BBB

My experience with manager and service department was outstanding! The check engine light came on and I took it to a different mechanic who told me it was $3000 repair. I contacted Champion to see if I could schedule an appointment for a second opinion and they got me in within the hour.

Ryan in service scan the error code and knew immediately that a recent bulletin had been released regarding this error code. he addressed the issue, reset the code, ran my car for 15 minutes to verify issue was resolved. I was back on the road in a couple hours and saved $3k.

they called the next day to see how my car was running. Incredible service.

Salesman said he couldn’t smell the cigarette smell when it was overpowering. How and why he couldn’t tell the truth about that should have been a warning to take my business elsewhere.
They did hook the car up to an ozone machine which helped.
I purchased an extended warranty but came to my senses after I got home and realized the actual cost.
I went to the dealership to get refunded which went well until the actual refund process.
They had to cut the check to the lender. I was fine with that.
A month later, I tried to pay off the car only to find out that Champion never cut the check to the lender.
They did a couple days later except they sent it to the wrong address.
I talked to Adam Hill (a finance manager) I gave him the correct address and told him, via email, to cancel check and reissue new one to the correct address which I provided him.
He told me to call back if I had questions.
I called back when I got home as he never replied to my email.
I was on hold for 50 minutes and then got hung up on. I called back and continued to get hung up on until the next employee took over. She gave me to the same voicemail of Adam Hill. Now I’m looking forward to not hearing back as they were ‘super busy’ and I’m sure they will continue to be so.
Bad experience. I should have walked out when the salesmen said he didn’t notice the stench of cigarette smoke. Buyer beware, better yet, don’t be a buyer here.
