Until last year, I had been training with these guys for nine years. If you do the math it’s been since 2015 and until 23 December 2024 I’ve had nothing but good luck with these guys. That all changed when I had an accident where someone rear ended my Jeep Compass that I leased. The insurance company was still on the fence to whether or not it was going to be fixed. So they told me to take off my plate and get all of my personal items out of the vehicle. I went over there to check on getting a replacement vehicle and see what I qualified for. They bait and switched me several times before they said that I couldn’t get anything. This was after they pulled my credit after my Jeep was still on my report. The sales person was also very condescending and rude. I was merely looking at that point and as it was, the insurance company, finally decided to fix my car after two weeks. I had it taken to a competitors body shop to get it repaired. Because of this, they have lost my business and my wife and my son have recently bought cars from other places where I would’ve gladly recommended Champion before this.

I drove almost an hour to look at a vehicle. I get there and realize there is over $4000 of body work that was very, very, very hard to see in the pictures online. Nothing listed in the description. I didn’t think I’d have to zoom in with a magnifying glass on a car at a Champion Dealership! I mean, come on… The car has snow on it in the pictures online. How was I supposed to recognize the damage from this far away highly reflective photo? Is this car even safe to drive on the E Way? That bumper is extremely loose and there’s a big hole where the fog light was. I could see air drag ripping it off eventually. I expect this at smaller dealers and private sellers, but NOT Champion!!!

I had initially found out about Champion while searching for an AWD Dodge Charger GT, and they had one on their lot. So I set up an appointment for later in the week.
Prior to the appointment, Todd sent me a video of the vehicle and gave me a call confirming my interest in the vehicle.
On the day of the appointment, Todd took me out on a test drive, to which I loved the vehicle. Afterwords, we sat down and went over the numbers, which ended up not being where I was comfortable making a deal on the vehicle.
Todd was able to pivot and found a different vehicle on their lot that was more in the price and mileage range that I was looking for, and spent considerable time working to make sure everything went smoothly.
Todd was very attentive to my needs and wants and found a vehicle that was ultimately a better fit for me that o was happy with on all accounts.
At the end of the day, I left the lot with a new (to me) 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Thanks to Todd Greene for being able to get me out of a car I really didn’t like and wasn’t comfortable in, and getting me into something so much better!

Anthony helped get me into the jeep I was looking at online. No hassle, answered my questions regarding the new vehicle. After almost a month of deciding on whether to sell my previous vehicle or not, Gabe helped make the process smooth and hassle free. He walked me through the process and went the extra mile to show me how to get a same day title from the Secretary of State. Highly recommend this dealership. They have some great people there.

My husband blew the engine in his Jeep and we were looking for a new vehicle for him. We scheduled an appointment to test drive a chevy Colorado, and although the truck was beautiful it just wasn't for him.
The staff members were very willing to listen to us with what we were looking for and were happy to help us find something in our budget. Everyone was so kind and helpful, not pushy, and willing to answer questions we had.
There was a new guy working there, Will, that went above and beyond our expectations. He greeted us with a smile on his face, had such a kind personality offered to make us coffee, and was willing to help us find a vehicle we loved. We had been to other dealerships before and had terrible experiences with them, but this was completely different. We found a truck my husband loves and I would highly recommend Champion to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I would give a zero if I could. Do not take your car to this scam shack. Took our 2020 jeep to this place and they charged us over $800.00 in diagnostics fees. This was just fees, they fixed nothing and could not find the problem we took the vehicle in for. We just picked our Jeep up from LaFontaine Chrysler Jeep and they were able to find and fix all the problem that Champion could not find. LaFontaine also contacted our extended warranty company and had them cover a good portion of our repairs. Champion also failed in the warranty part of it. They said our warranty would not cover any of the work that needed to be completed. So for $840.00, LaFontaine fixed the Jeeps driver side door handle, drive shaft bearings and replaced the drive shaft. LaFontaine had our Jeep for three days. For $852.00 and a month worth of appointments, Champion fixed nothing!! Thank you LaFontaine for being so professional and going the extra mile for us. Champion, thank you for scamming us out of $852.00 and fixing nothing.
