Absolutely 💯 wonderful small town feel auto shop. I came in because I was afraid my brakes were going out due to some sounds and I was over an hour from home. They immediately took my truck in the garage with no wait (they did look busy) and three employees took 20 mins to check out every bit of tires, brakes, etc with flashlights and all. Even took it down road. Turns out it was probably a rock stuck and fell out later on, they didn't try to sell me something i didnt need, my 11 year old even tried to bring all 8,585 of his random action figures inside the waiting area and the mechanics were ok with it (side note i wasnt lol) . Brakes were good. Even told me something that would need to be fixed not now but in near future. I went to pay for the work they did, and the employees told me it was gonna be no charge. I am very greatful. Great experience, great customer service! Would recommend 1000x over!

***I would happily drive an hr and 10 mins to go here for brake work or anything else. Can't rave enough about this place! Saved under favs now lol.

Chapter 2 Customs is Absolutely Fabulous. I am so Impressed with their Professionalism, Courtesy and Concern knowing my time issue with a broken car. Kacey got us in fast, Avery and Dane knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. They showed me all they did and explained it. The Peace of MInd having a safe car is Everything! Have had my mom's Tahoe in and out of the shop and every time the issues persist, it had a bad flex fuel sensor recently and they tried telling her it was a dead battery

Had no heat in my Subaru, took it to another shop and they couldn’t figure it out. Took it here and they fixed right away for a very modest price. Awesome staff and customer service. I don’t plan to use any other mechanic going forward. Absolutely fantastic experience!

Great experience all around. I finally had a job to take care of my Dodge Dart and everyone was super helpful and welcoming, great prices, great service, everyone is able to explain easily about cars so you understand what the problem is and what needs to be fixed. Only place I’ll ever take my car

HIGHLY TALENTED!
Fixed the damage on my 24ft car trailer after a truck came undone and rolled forward bending the front rail. Then i had them install knew fenders on it,turned out better than new.
I have had engine work done and in the future they are building a roll cage for a sxs.
i drive from Marshall Mi. to his place! A good honest shop is hard to find.
