Got an 02 Wrangler which def needs work done, but they were flexible so I was able to get it for a fair price. I was helped by Patrick, who I can't recommend enough! Very chill, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all, unlike other dealers I've been to.

I took my time to post this review because I wanted a chance to closely evaluate the vehicle first. I purchased a 37 year old Mitsubishi SUV from Citi Auto in late January. I took a leap of faith and purchased it without seeing it in person because I live 1,000 miles away in Ohio. Not only was Patrick very helpful in answering all of my questions honestly, but Citi Auto even delayed transportation of the vehicle on my request so that it would arrive in a little better weather.
Patrick wasn't pushy and in fact I reached out to him first on a few occasions. The vehicle has issues you would expect for the age and perhaps I anticipated the ultimate cream puff but it is 100% rust free and runs great. I'm working on a few minor issues with plastic and trim but I absolutely love this vehicle. Also, Melissa is a superstar and went out of her way during a couple of her busy days to get all of the appropriate paperwork work to me. Patrick and Melissa are great people to deal with and I would by another vehicle from them without hesitation!

Overall very disappointed with my experience here. I purchased a 1995 Nissan Pickup from this dealership, and was told by Pat, Charles (Owner of the company), and the website itself that it only needed cosmetic fixes. If there were only a couple mechanical issues I would understand, but I've have sunk A LOT of money into this truck. Below is everything I have had to replace/fix within ONE MONTH of owning the truck. I'll provide what images and videos I have as proof.

1. Dead Battery. I was told by Pat that the battery put in was brand new, yet within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership I stopped at an AutoZone (Due to another issue I'll list), and the truck would not stop due to a dead battery. I was not given money/credit for having to replace it.
2. Poor Alternator. At the same AutoZone I was told the alternator may go out soon, and two weeks later I had to get my truck jumped by AAA and I was told the alternator needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I was given $200 for this, but to replace it was over $400.
3. Broken Speedometer. I noticed this immediately and it's why I stopped at the AutoZone. I was given $100 for this, which is what the part alone costs to fix it and I'll have to tear apart and reassemble the entire dash to fix it.
4. Dryrotted/Cracked Tires. I was hydroplaning on even semi-wet surfaces and immediately had to get ALL FOUR tires replaced due to dry rot and cracks. Due to the rare tire size, it was VERY expensive. I was not given credit/money for this.
5. Steering Alignment. Once reaching highway speeds the truck would shake very heavily, and an alignment and new tires did seem to mostly fix this issue. I was not given credit/money for this.
6. Radio & Battery Drainage. The radio will turn itself off at times, yet won't turn off when the truck turns off, and has wires hanging around it. The truck still requires jumps after replacing both the alternator and battery, so it's likely something else is draining the battery on top of both the battery and alternator originally needing to be replaced. I was not given credit/money for this.
7. Cabin Leak. On the Passenger side of the truck water leaks in while it rains, and this was ignored when a video was sent to Charles about it, while Pat told me he wasn't aware. I was not given credit/money for this.
8. Check Engine Light. The check engine light had started to turn on within an hour of driving, a picture was sent to Pat and this was ignored. I was not given credit/money for this.
9. Hood. The hood at random times has gotten stuck and won't open.
10. Corroded Turn Signals. Within a week both turn signals in the front gave out due to corrosion. I was not given credit/money for this.

Keep in mind this was all within A MONTH OF PURCHASE, on a truck I was told time and time again ONLY HAD COSMETIC ISSUES, even after I asked if there were any small mechanical issues to worry about. In total I was given $300 for repairs, and have spent over 5x that and still going. If this is somehow fixed and made right I will change my review.

I will mention that for the entirety of the purchase, while not always helpful and while there were MANY problems not told to me, the entire staff was very kind.

Poor customer service. Was interested in a vehicle. I called main number. Directed for me to complete an online application they emailed and they would tell me if I was approved same day. I contacted the next day, they told me they would look into it. Contacted following day, sent me a screen shot denied as employment could not be verified. I told them I can send employment paystubs and my supervisors contact information. They said they would look into it. Bunch of time wasted. Not sure how they sell cars. Took my business elsewhere.

Purchased a vehicle through Citi Auto and worked with the owner Charles. Overall I had an above average experience that went smooth and was straightforward. Charles is a down to earth guy who doesn't push a sale at all. Melissa was super patient in assisting me with getting financing in order through my credit union, and made the transaction very easy the day I picked the car up. No shady business and they are very up front, and I would recommend them for buying a used vehicle. Thanks guys!
