Can't say enough great things of how easy and seamless Matthew and Megan kept the home buying process for me. They were responsive and quick on updates and needs on what the mortgage required. Do not, do not, do not use this company! Completely incompetent individuals that made my house purchase and my parents house purchase a complete nightmare. They will lie to your face when they make a mistake even after you show them proof that they were in error, they will continuously have you resubmit the same paperwork over and over again because they lost it, causing deadlines to be passed, and costing you more money for inspections etc.. They spend more time standing outside smoking and joking than they do taking care of their clients.... My house was purchased thru them in 2016 and I'm still pissed about the entire experience. Then when you post a negative review Megan will message and threaten you, then block you before you get to reply 😂
