Date of review: 3-25-2024. My daughter purchased a 2016 Kia Soul from Clark's in August of 2023 for $11,000. It had been driven by the owner's wife, so we figured it was a good used car. Less than 6,000 miles later the oil pressure light comes on. The Kia Service techs showed us pictures of severe cylinder scoring, the result of poor maintenance. Severe cylinder scoring causes loss of compression which could have been detected by a simple test. This car now needs a new engine to the tune of ~$7500. My daughter is EXTREMELY P&^%$%^ED OFF. Lessons learned? NEVER buy a used car without a third-party going through it thoroughly......INCLUDING AN ENGINE COMPRESSION TEST. Buyer beware.

Just bought our 3rd car from Clark's. Bought my husband and mine a few months ago. Bought my daughter's today. Couldn't have had a better experience. Courteous, knowledgeable and honest. We blew a tire halfway through a 3 hour trip across the state and they just happened to be the closest place that could get us a new tire. We had our 4 small kids in our van so we were worried that this could turn into a big mess. They were so accommodating, friendly, and gave us a great price to replace our tire. The best part is they had us in and out in about 15 minutes. Great service, would definitely recommend!

Purchased a vehicle from there and found out a few months later the odometer had roughly 100,000 miles more than it read. Clark’s was aware of this and didn’t mention it or make me well aware like a dealership is supposed to, even when I asked if the title had anything wrong with it. I have two people that can attest to that as well. Clark’s was ‘nice’ enough to offer to purchase the vehicle back but when trying to negotiate a price with them they handled it very unprofessional like. They stormed off into the office after I came back with a counter offer. The vehicle had new parts was in better condition than when I purchased it. Would highly recommend getting a carfax on any vehicle from here!

Definitely check out Clark’s inventory before subjecting yourself to the drudgery of Craigslist-surfing. They have nice, CLEAN vehicles priced very reasonably, and the best customer service around. Very accommodating and easy to deal with!!! I’ve bought multiple vehicles here, and have NEVER had a negative experience or felt that I wasn’t given full disclosure about a vehicle’s condition. Make your next car-buying experience a pleasant one and check Clark’s first. 🙂

Clark is à heck of a guy. Keeps fixing the tires on my Pontiac Montana that have been either going flat or blowing completely out, one by one..got me à set of 2 brand new tires & a set of 2 great used tires for a more than reasonable price. Super nice guy.
