we’ve been members of Columbia Credit Union (CCU) for years. my wife, b4, I knew her joined CCU back in the early 70’s and then I was added after we got married in the later 70’s. In that time, in addition to our checking and savings accounts, we’ve had their credit card, several loans and a home mortgage. They have always served us well and continue to have amazing customer service, which is worth more than anything! I have been with Columbia Credit Union (CCU) for around 20 years. I have never once been dissatisfied with the customer service in any department of CCU. I don't have a lot of money, so I am a nobody, in the financial world, but that has never mattered to them.
I have lived in 3 other states and I have tried other Credit Unions in those states, (and closed those accounts), but they did not compare to the service I have received from people at CCU.
I have had multiple auto loans, and a credit card (with the best rates anywhere), and when I needed help with some medical issues, they offered me a line of credit.
If you want a bank that puts you first, no matter what, and will go out of their way to help you, then look no further than this Credit Union. They do not disappoint. They are the "BEST of the BEST".

I love my CCU accounts I have checking, credit card, car loan and a child's account through them. Everything is very easily accessible through the app and the live chat on the website makes it extremely easy to accomplish thing while I 'm multitasking. Even moving aways from my actual branch locations, it's a bank I will always have, due to how they have multiple platforms of customers service that can take care of things.

We joined CCU in 2011. CCU is the best banking experience we have ever had. We now live in Texas but maintain accounts with CCU because of their great customer service!
