The front line people are without exception wonderful, but the management is below average. Two Saturdays in a row with a line out the door waiting for a teller. The official branch "manager" seems to stay shut in her office. From running a business I believe they need to circulate, act like they care, and be aware of operations. So had a rough encounter with an assistant (last name Jacobson), couldn't get a word out without either being interrupted or being told some condescending items like "the tellers are helping other customers", gee tell me something I don't know? Too bad as actually thought she was trying to help it the overflow. My account is respectable, as a CPA I do interact with people with 7 figure accounts and business loans there. Just listen to your customer please, I wasn't mad so much as trying to ask a question or two and was embarrassed. Wouldn't have said a thing except for being blown off.

Columbia CU has been great since day 1! Super helpful when I go into any branch. The app is very easy to use. It's nice to deal with actual people as opposed to the automated options from larger banks. Definitely recommend CCU to anyone and everyone!

Banking with Columbia Credit Union is the best banking experience I have ever had. Even though Vancouver is a big town, this bank has a small town feel. I always get to work with the same banker/lender. Marshall has been excellent to work with. Definitely recommended banking with CCU.

The teller that assisted a few days ago me was amazing! When I arrived I was very ill and in a hurry. I hate to admit it but I was grouchy and rude with her but she reacted with total professionalism. She was completely unfazed and carried on helping me with concern and warmth. Of course I apologized and she was very gracious in response.
Every person in the branch has been wonderful to us during our almost six year membership.
