mi hijo firmo un contrato con hcoa fitness y ustedes tenian esas cuenta cuando a mi se me acabo el contrato yo no volvi por que no me informaron que habia que mandar una carta para darce de Baja yo fui al hcoafitness de humacao Puerto rico a pagar una cantidad de dinero que yo debia ellos no me lo cogieron por que ya estaba pago les informe que mi hijo no lo pago que yo se los voy a pagar eso fue en febrero y saven algo mi hijo se fue a trabajar a otro sitio y me llamaron que lo quieren emplazar para llevarlo al tribunal pra que paque y que el contrato sique.Mi hijo tiene un trabajo con lajusticia y yo creo injusto lo que ustedes le hisieron cobrarle 500.00 cuando mi hijo desde febrero no coge esos beneficios de fitness y no le informaron nada un muchacho joven que quiero echar para adelante y que estropen la vida asi y su credito ay se los dejon mi experienzia con ustedes y mi hijo espero que me ayuden

So I applied was approved told my card will be mailed to me within 14 days. that was 2 and half months ago. I called they said they don't know what happened they'll be sending me a new card and I definitely should get this one. It hasn't come I've checked my mail religiously and still nothing. I should have look at the reviews for this company before applying. Nothing but horror stories. So now I have something sitting on my credit that I can't even use. So hopefully one their bots reads this and something can be done about it. Because I'm just petty enough to file paperwork. Especially since everything I've read about them has been about fraudulent activities. I kinda feel like this is the normal thing for this company to do. Approve people for various lines of credit. Just to give them the shaft. I'm not the only person this specific situation has happened to. They shouldn't be allowed to operate like this...

This company approved me for a card, charged me an annual fee of 250$, and then blocked me from my account. No access to my line of credit, no access to my balance or payments on the app. I’m being charged interest on this balance as well.

They email me an offer for a card. Send it out, let me activate it in the same app I use for my other cards with them. Then, after I make one transaction in my own zip code my card is blocked because they suddenly need me to mail or fax my identity. I was offered the card based on the fact I had another card with them. They already have my information.

To Concora: this review was posted to let everyone know that you’re a fraudulent company, not to solicit a “customer service” number from you.

Run from this finance company. They are a joke. I decided to go through them to finance a couch to build credit history and improve my credit. I financed a couch for $700.00 dollars and I made the payments on time to build credit history. A year later, I have good credit because I opened other credit accounts and have been paying them. I received a letter in the mail stating that the terms of this account had been updated and now they would be increasing the APR to 35% AND an anual fee of $59.95 so 5.95 a month. My balance was $163.00 now. The letter that I received stated that if I did not agree, to call the customer service number. When I did, I was told that they would close my account with the remaining balance and my credit would be ruined. I immediately paid the balance off and closed the account. I do not want to do business with this company. That is what I got for being a loyal customer that always paid on time.

I purchased some furniture through Ashley with the understanding there would be no interest if paid within 12 months, 4 months into my contract I started accruing interest charges. My wife told me to tell them to come get their furniture, because it was going to be a fight to get our $ back. I insisted on giving them a chance to make it correct. I paid off my account in full 5 months early and I have yet to see my interest payments returned. They owe me close to $300, but sent me a check for $1.97. When I call I just get the run around and told to call back next week. It is outrageous. I have another account with Concora that I am paying off now to close asap. I do not know how this company is in the business of finance.

I'm on the no solicitations list for CCs. These predators don't stop sending offers. On their website there is NO chat or email option to contact them. THIS SHOULD BE A CLEAR INDICATOR OF THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT RUN THIS OPERATION.

Worst credit company I have ever dealt with, took them over 2 months to get me my card and then the second it’s activated they freeze the account for suspicious activity before it was even used. Charged interest and late fees the 2 months I waited for the card to arrive on top of that. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Better off going through anyone else. Out of the half dozen credit card companies I use this one by far is the worst. They didn’t even say anything about freezing account so found out when trying to use it. Then called them to figure out what’s wrong they tell me I have 3 days to get a copy of my drivers license mailed to them for the cancel my account and am stuck with the charges to my credit report. Again would not recommend whatsoever.

They put a block on your card before you can even use it at all and takes forever (3-6months) to be able to activate it and they cherge you the annual fee in the meantime. Scammers…
