Joke of a company. Sent me a bill for £687 for a premise that I am a landlord in the name of another company which I have. Nothing to do with. Asking for ppl music licence. Total scam avoid these cowboys. Do your homework before sending out this shit

wont answer the phone. no email address that you can send. if you use the references they give their website wont accept them. i think this company is using their communication or lack of to scam people out of payment that they may not owe

Calling me by my ex married name even though I've sent all docs and debt is my ex husbands but won't believe me even though I sent proof I was in hospital giving birth when it was taken out. Paying it back just to get rid of it and still getting letters sating I'm nit paying when I am. Also holding on to phone before always being cut off.

If you get contacted by these cowboys proceed with caution. Scam alert !! trying to claim money that isn't required ( did require 2 checks with Bank ) so you have been warned.

Calling me and asking me for my private information, ( address, postcode, DoB.)
When I asked for what reason they are calling me they will not tell me until I will told them my private information.
Of course I refuse to provide my details and they said they will send letter.
Well fwe weeks later and many phone calls later but the letter never arrived.
I'm sick of this peoples.

Appalling. Called on a Tuesday ar 2pm and after waiting for 23 minutes I get a robot saying that due to covid 19 their hours changed and advised me to call back Monday to Friday between 9am and 6 pm!!!! Joke of a company

Continually harrassed a relative and caused much distress, and they were chasing the wrong person for the money (which seems to be a recurring problem- see other comments), once informing the police and CSL, they still sent threatening letters to the relative. Bunch of thugs, absolute disgrace.
