Incredibly shady company that seems to constantly drop the ball or intentionally scam people. Their phone number will ring for three minutes straight before hanging up on you, and if you are lucky enough to get a representative they will ALSO hang up on you. Put a levy on my checking account after no contact for THREE YEARS, meaning I thought everything was fine as it doesn't even show up on my credit report and I had set up a payment plan 3 YEARS AGO! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, drained my savings and checking without even a letter or email and now refuses to speak with me at all despite over a dozen calls! I WILL be seeking legal counsel over this, and advise anyone trying to get collections for their business to find a more ethical company.

If it would let me give zero stars ,I would. I have been paying on my collections account for over a year and the balance does not go down. And by the way, they do not report to the credit bureau that you are making payments. My credit gets hit negatively every month because of this scam credit collection.

This company charges a technology fee when trying to make a payment using debit/credit card. Which in Colorado is illegal per Rule 4 CCR 903-1-2.03
They work around this by saying their using a third party to run payment and charge the fee as a separate transaction.

Terrible company. Says I owe for a judgement but when I called and asked when I was served it was someone else that signed for it!?! Seems like a scam and will be seeking legal remedies to absolve this.

I would 100% give them a zero if I could. These people treat you extremely disgusting, as if you are scum. We called today and spoke to somebody named Michelle who must have been in a rush to get off the phone because at some point we hear “UGH oh my god!!!” And then the call dropped. We called back of course, and the gentleman told us she went to lunch. We had a medical bill go to collections, unfortunately, and we were paying down the account until Covid hit, and my husband started having health issues thus losing his job and we had to stop paying for a little bit.

These people are crooks and thieves. They stated that they served us, Yet after they gave us the name of the person that they served it to, it certainly did not go to us. The person that never told us, and we never got the paper. We don’t get any emails, text messages, phone calls, letters, NOTHING. On Friday, we discovered that three out of four of our bank accounts were frozen, including my 11-year-old bank account. when we talked on the phone, they let us know that it is not standard practice to let us know that they will be doing that, which is sickening. Just 10 days before Christmas. So just because it is not standard practice, they threw dignity and humanity out the window? I would’ve absolutely worked with them had they just reached out. A few years ago we were served, but when we called to schedule, we were told that the courts were closed because of Covid and that somebody would be reaching out once they reopened. No one ever reached back out. So we’ve been waiting all this time. Silly us, yes. We should have called them after a few months. However, it’s disgusting that because you are a credit company you think that you can treat people like they are nothing.

Of course, I already paid this bill directly to the person that billed me, which should have never been turned over to collections cause I have an attorney handling my case and of course, they give me a fraudulent email address that boots back my emails that are supposed to show proof that I paid my bill so now I. Get to call them yet again tomorrow and ask for a legit email. Because the one they gave me is no good. They make it almost impossible to even prove you paid something.

Tried to contact this company 5 different times including the few times they tried to contact me. In fact I'm holding to talk to someone right now. The number I call always goes to a voicemail and they never call back at least this one says I'm holding for someone. Well I take that back I had to leave yet another message.The only call back I get is threats that they are going to garnish me and this is their last attempt. I have a newborn. This company is a joke and they take advantage of hard working families that are just trying to make it. UC Health is the company that originated this and over charged me for medical treatment. This company came after me so fast and took me to court that I haven't even had a chance to figure it out with UC Health.

I had to contact their office numerous times to resolve the billing error that my dental office had sent their way. While the dental office was being completely unprofessional and offering no help, the lovely folks at the CSC were always so kind to me and really navigated how to resolve this issue for me. I never had a single negative encounter with them, and I worked with several different people at their office! Really amazing work and thank you for making such a challenging and frustrating experience bearable.
