They charge me $ 100 for a withdrawal
In a seven eleven I didn't get the money from the machine they recomend me to investigate on my own also my account and personal information has been hacked .

I like this branch, the staff are always polite and friendly, I want to say a special thanks to Sandy's outstanding service, she resolved my direct deposit issue and printed checks for me in less than five minutes, Fast and Excellent Service!!

I was racially discriminated against upon attempting to cash a check because I am not "Mexican" or perhaps "Latino."
Even though I am a CU SoCal Member, and have relinquished U.S. Government documentation upon opening an account with CU SoCal, I was told by the teller that I needed to "show" her a "Government ID" because I didn't have to one in "their" system even though I used one to open an account.
I will be reporting this incident to the BBB, the Credit Union Association in CA .
If anyone else has been racially discriminated against by the CU SoCal, contact me and we can perhaps file a litigation lawsuit against the CU SoCal for Racial Discrimination against Asians in their own Asian Community of Rowland Heights, CA.

The current manager is lazy and won't help. The ATM took $ from me and when I went to ask him, he said it wasn't up to them to fix the situation. I called his corporate office and they said the manager was wrong and they deposited my $ right away after checking the ATM. The manager was rude and didn't want to do any extra work to help me out. He was some little hispanic guy.

I want say thank you to Mindy what a outstanding customer service I applied online receive an email to called and had an awesome loan officer she was very responsive Trust me less than 2days loan was approved and funded in 2 days no way but guys this is the exceptional customer service of an employee.I can go on and on but guys stop going to the big banks Cusc is very good and fast and they have all the technology they are so fast and you wouldn’t even wait when you go to the branch.

Love coming to this bank, the staff is always all smiles. It's like the good old days of banking . They actually look and act like they care about you, and not that they just care about your money. Most Banks thru the years have just become so robotic .
The staff just sends you to a machine, and sometimes you just want some human interaction in your life.
