Have been paying on my loan for over a year and have refinanced it once no problem. Now I called the other day to refinance they said they’re not doing new loans in my state, I could understand that. I have been trying to do a draw for 3 days now. Call today and can’t even draw off my account anymore. This is one way to lose a customer. I will payoff my account and would never recommend them to anyone. Wait times are outrageous and everyone is always rude. And they are always telling me my account is past due when I’ve never once made a late payment. Would give them 0 stars if it was an option

Pay attention to your statement when you take out a loan. They first take out in their payments interest and part for the principal. As time goes on, you think they are doing the same thing each time to pay down your loan. THEY ARE NOT! Your payments get smaller because you think you are paying down on it but in reality, they are only taking out the interest and none to the principal like they were in the begining. They play on the hopes that you don't look at your statements to find out. You can be paying on it forever and never paying down your loan. Talking to the rep never gave me an answer to my question as to why my payment went from paying on interest + principal to just interests. Instead, he made it seem like it was my decision. Would give lower than 1 star if I could.

I'm going to court tomorrow over an apparent almost 3,000 loan I took out in 2021? Funny thing is I never heard anything of this supposed loan until my now husband and I applied for a marriage license in Dec of 2023 and got served with papers 6 days later! I am a homemaker and he has a great job and they want to garnish wages...coincidence? I think not! I'm fighting this till the bitter end! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Never would of said a bad word until now!! I would do negative stars but it wont let me!

I took out a loan for $1,200 and paid $800 of the $1,200. In the midst of trying to get out of an abusive situation and fleeing that situation I had believed that I paid off the loan. When I tried to make arrangements with credit box to pay what I could afford they refused to do it. They sued me and I lost...now having to pay over 16x the $400 owed (courts approved I pay now $7200). If you need a pay day loan choose Uprova or Nice Guys. They actually work with you.

Started a chapter 13 more than a year ago. They have proceeded to attempt to order 2 more judgements against me in a fully compliant active bankruptcy. Thankfully the stop payment was caught by my lawyer before the judgment could actually garnish my checks. The shere fact that their legal team is trying to pursue an active bankruptcy case is unethical and quite frankly lazy and/or scandalous. It's also petty. I owed them less then 1000 dollars at original time of delinquency and they fully exploited the laws on interest rates and came after me for more than 4000. This company spends way too much on company reclaim of lost funds pretending to claim they understand financial difficulties. If you are truly in need of a loan please search elsewhere if there is even a chance you may default on your payments. They will end up costing you much much more than your situation will In the end. Also their internal reviews are fake and more than likely employees or executives thinking they are clever and using the internal reviews to filter out the bad ones. The company doesn't post one situation at less then 5 stars on their web page and have a pittiful 2.1 star rating on google. If you have to fake your reviews entirely your company is worthless. My company earns their 5 star reviews and we hold 5 stars on google (keemer plumbing). Final words and opinions. This company is worthless to humanity.

I not applying the full process of loan application. It will be automatically approved the loan and credited to my account. Because of high interest amount , i am not interested to get the loan amount.
Try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
I am not able to pay so much amount of processing fee.
Resolved my issue, other wise I am not paid the amount.

Full on cheater...
I searched for a loan and reached to their site i submitted my documents pan adhar etc
But after checking their lower loan amount and very high interest rates i skipped . But after few hours they credited the ammount without my permission. And they forced me to pay approx double .
I had paid 12812/- for a loan ammount of 7000/- within 7 days of the date loan credited to my account
