HORRIBLE! did not receive my translation on time and when I requested a refund they said that I either will get the refund or the translation while their terms and conditions clearly say that they provide a refund if the service is not delivered within the time they promised... when they did send me the translation it was HORRIBLE! I am a native Russian speaker so I could read & understand the translation they made from English to Russian, and I could have done a better job myself without any additional training in translating! I would strongly recommend NOT TO USE their services because they are not professional and are a scam...

Terrible service.
I told them in chat and email, I have to receive the report early of this week, but they forgot my order.
After then, they do not make the report correctly, and I waste several days and times to repeatly correct...

I'm sure they never have professional, sense of responsibility, and mind of service.
But there are serious problem of system or something.

They never say sorry, but several pretexts.
I was trying to talk to the supporter on the chat, they left the chatting room repeatly....
Sooooooooo terrible service.

6/15, 2016:
They do not any response from my emails after reading.
I just want to revise minor error(issued date) or refund.
I will update this review every single day from tomorrow.
And they never recieve my call from my first calling.

I should read these review before place my order... their customer service acts super friendly , however, once you placed the order, you would not get anything from them. even you try to tell them from their customer service, they will just left the chat

They were fast with my translations. The only reason that I’m giving 4 starts it’s because I didn’t get notified that it was done so I had to contact them and ask. But it took about 3 days. So if you need it fast, that’s the place.
