They do exactly as advertised. I had one phone call with a nice rep who looked at my finances and income to determine that I was a good fit. Lo and behold 6 months later my score keeps going up and my debt keeps going down. All while don't have to do anything. Creditguard collects payment for me.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this place saved my piece of mind.

They are incredibly good! Sadly, this is my second time with them. The first time was 6 years ago and I never had the slightest problem with this company. Today a person whose name is Robert helped me and the treatment was great. He was very patient and explained point by point. For me this is the best company if someone has debts, thank you CreditGuard for being here and being able to help me, thank you Robert for treating me so well in a very professional and familiar manner.

I was very pleased with Credit Guard of America in Fort Lauderdale FL.. When I made contact with the credit counselor.. I was told up front what was expected of me. My monthly payment was over $300 and my debt was over $30.000 because Credit Guard got over half of my debt forgiven by the credit Card and thest I played off in Monty bank drafts. Thank God that Credit Guard was a legitimate and respectful company. It feels so wonderful to be free of debt?Thank you Credt Guard! Lind D. Hutto.

Credit guard is AMAZING! Literally signed up with them a little over a year ago and as of today I am officially debt free! I am so thankful for the kindness, knowledge, and all around efforts to helping me complete this chapter. I 100% recommend credit guard for anyone trying to consolidate debt/payoff debt.

Place is a scam, charges a big upfront fee plus $50 a month service fee just to pay minimum amount due on all cards. Lied and said they eliminated all the interest on the cards and no more would be added. Paid the creditors late resulting in late fees on the accounts. Just terrible, predatory scumbags.

Dishonest, deceptive, lied to me and tanked my credit score. They told me they made an agreement with my bank to lower monthly payment when no such agreement was made, they just made a lower monthly payment than the minimum payment due, leaving a balance due that was then considered past due. This was then reported on my credit report that I had a past due balance for more than 30 days and my credit score dropped 47 points! This is entirely unfair to me and trusting this company was the biggest mistake I ever made. They lied to me and only made my financial situation worse.

I started with them in 2018, and I was able to pay of my remaining balances early and with no added fee’s! They were a great company to work with, the few times I need information and called it was excellent service. I started with almost $23k worth of debt and every month they paid on time to all my creditors so they actually really helped my credit! I didn’t need to settle my debt, I needed help with my interest rates, and they were able to work with my credit card companies to lower the interest rate so it would help me be able to pay them down faster. I would recommend to anyone! They are very reputable and honest and can’t thank them enough!

Please update the hours for the customer service department from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm in EDT. I was put on hold for 53 minutes only to find out they close at 6 pm instead of 8 pm on Google after hanging up and calling again. This is unacceptable. I expect them to do better.
