Amazing service, considered me when literally every other company refused me due to bad credit history from the past. Customer service are brilliant they answered any questions I had as well.

Paid my first loan off early and was able to take the second loan literally the same day.

They are great for urgent needs and has quick service. I recommend them for anyone looking for quick service. I would give them 5 star But they don't have an increase limit for customers, I would like if they can increase how much you can get when you are taking for second time, becouse that helps a lot.

Easy application. I like that you can pay the admin fees upfront for the 6 months and then only pay the divided loan each month which worked best for me. My credit score has gone way up since. Very quick response and resolution if you need to speak to them either on the chat or by phone

Excellent service and so easy to apply. Very affordable and love the way creditspring splits your loan agreement into two instalments, an excellent service especially for people who do struggle financially but can afford easy monthly low cost payments. Highly recommend to anyone who has a low credit rate. Simply brilliant!!

Been with them for over a year and always seemed straightforward. Renewed my membership this year which was accepted and I was offered £2000 over a year or £1000 over a year. I accepted the £1000 (lower amount). Received a load of e-mails saying i had been accepted and then received a random letter saying I had been terminated without any explanation. Shocking customer service for an existing member.
