from last 3 month i am continuously taking follow up regarding EMI is not deducted from my account. i have maintain sufficient balance in account but, they fine bouncing charges this month . really bad experience to taking loan with this company. the support team is not supporting.

Rubbish loan agency. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INDISCIPLINE ASSOCIATES.
Creates nuisance send illegal notices just for little delay in paying amount of just rs 700.
They threaten give too much harrasment calls 5 days before of your EMI.
Will never recommend anyone I indeed made a huge mistake of opting loan from creditwise capital. They deserve no star

Customer support executive doesn't respond properly to customer when I called them for some reason she was behaving rudely was telling for me only to be quite and listen what she is saying and when I asked another question she disconnected the call nl manners for how to behave with customer poor communication....
