Absolutely the worst experience ever!
I bought a scooter in July 2024, and now it’s November 2024—four months later—and my ownership papers still haven’t been transferred. The salesperson who handled my case resigned. I’ve emailed [email protected] countless times, but they don’t even bother to respond. Their customer service is an absolute joke!

I strongly discourage anyone from buying any vehicle through CredR. They are unprofessional, irresponsible, and utterly unreliable. You’re better off buying from a local mechanic or someone you trust, rather than dealing with this kind of a company.

CredR is a nightmare—don’t waste your time or money here!

Worse than worst experience. It's been 6 months since I purchased a scooter, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. They sold me a heavily used and repainted Bounce scooter, despite my clear and honest requirements. I believe the sales representative was named Bal Raj. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, they have not provided any updates on the RC transfer, nor have they shown any concern about my complaints. I have been in constant follow up with the showroom guys and customer care, I haven’t received any response so far.

I don’t want others to experience the same issue as mine don’t PURCHASE the vehicle from this company. I don’t recommended this company to anybody. Never buy a bike from dealers like this. If I would have bought the vehicle from local seller it would have been better. Most of the positive reviews are fake one beware before buying vehicle from these people. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy.

This is the worst experience I have ever faced. It’s been 6 months from the date of purchasing the vehicle and still haven’t got the physical RC copy from these guys. Timeline to provide the rc card was for 45 days it’s been 6 months now still haven’t got my rc. I have been in constant follow up with the showroom guys and customer care. There is no proper timeline/timeframe provided on this issue. I’m revert buying the vehicle from this worst company. I don’t want others to experience the same issue as mine don’t PURCHASE the vehicle from this company. I don’t recommended this company to anybody. Sales process done quickly. The quality of Activa bought was not up to the mark. First they say any issue reported will be fixed in 7 days but then at the time of service they will inform not all things are under warranty. Really bad customer experience.
They asked me to send an email for issues, the ride was taken to the workshop for fixing, it was returned after a few days without fixing all the issues reported. They expect to send the email again so that the process continues.

There is no operational showroom in Bangalore but still not removed from website.
Seems like intention behind keeping still only for cities count.

This people cheated me ?. Sold a scooter which had issue with insurance. It has been two years, ownership is not yet transferred. No proper response apart from hollow responses. If you considering credr, it is clear No. These guys will definitely cheat you?

Edit: I have sent multiple emails and personally visited credr head office. Apart from false promise nothing resolved. Never seen this kind of cheaters.

I have purchased a used 2019 RE thunderbird 350x from this place. Although it was used, but the condition of the vehicle was good with all original parts.

I opted for home delivery during covid 3rd wave, upon delivery I had the test drive of the vehicle and only after that I finalized the deal. They also did RC transfer for me within 30 days. I would say, if you can shell out 2-5% extra price over direct sellers or non-branded resellers, go with CREDR for a full hassle free and genuine experience.
The store manager, Nagaraj was there with me throughout the deal, from sending pics to send bike for delivery, till new RC card collection.
