Just trust them, and trust the process. I had a lot of setbacks on my end during the process so it took me a while to get the funding to start my company, but it ultimately worked out and there is no way i would have gotten funding if it wasn't for Cody.

Right up front I want to say that this review is not based on my experience of working with this company through the whole loan process. It is based on the fact that after going through their website and feeling like I finally found a company to help me with the right kind of loan I was looking for I contacted them immediately. I filled out their mini application right away. It then tells you that someone will be contacting you with in 45 minutes. Well it has been a month a few weeks now, 4 sent in applications and 3 phone calls where I actually was able to leave a message. Otherwise I have called about 5 other times and always seemed to get hung up on through the holding process. I still haven’t heard back from them. I got a call about 5 days ago that might have been them but I can’t say for sure because no one left a message. Really disappointed. I am generally the kind of person to give people the benefit of the doubt type thing but after so many unanswered attempts and 3 weeks of not being contacted is pretty unprofessional. I rarely write reviews especially bad ones and I feel horrible even leaving this one but I just felt people should know.

I contacted CredXpress because I was contemplating opening up a new car care appearance store in Northern Virginia and needed funds to both start up the business and for working capital. I did have funds available in my retirement fund but didn't want to tap into that too much. After speaking with Cody he came up with a plan to obtain a business start-up loan. Although that didn't work out he did find an alternative solution and managed to secure some other financing as promised and he was a great help in setting up other aspects of my business. He was totally up front on what would happen and what was to be expected. Although at first I thought the price was a bit high for their service, I am satisfied with the final results. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would require such services.

This company charges money even before giving you pre-approval. They charged me for checking my credit score and doing an inquiry on my credit report. After that I was told that I don't qualify for the loan. First of all, checking if I qualify for the loan should not impact my credit score. Secondly I should pay for services if I get approved, not ahead of time.
