We had a deer strike going 70 MPH on route 69 on our way up to MI from our home in TN. Our 2023 Volvo XC60 protected my wife and I perfectly but sustained tremendous front-end damage. The car was towed to Crippen Volvo auto body shop where Joe St. Pierre and his team took over. Joe said that the car would be put back together with OEM parts and be better than new. I was skeptical but decided that if the car wasn’t right after he was through with it, I’d trade it in on a new one. After eight weeks and a within few hundred dollars of being declared a total loss by the insurance company, Joe delivered our Volvo. It was jaw dropping just how good the car looked. I drove it that day 600 miles back to Nashville and the car performed flawlessly. No rattles, drifting or shaking. It was indeed as good as new. The paint match was perfect and the fit and finish was spot on. Kudos to all who worked on our car. You made my wife and I happy and stand as a testament to American craftsmanship. I can’t believe it’s a Volvo dealership. Car has been there for two weeks and I can’t even get anyone to give me an update. Finally got a response and was told they only have one tech and even the service writer is leaving. Highly recommend going to a different dealership

My wife bought a new XC 90 in the summer of 2020. It’s currently has just around 50,000 miles on it. We have had it in the shop multiple times for brake issues alignment issues and now the technicians are telling us we need a third set of tires put on this car in less than 50,000 miles. Not only are they not fixing the car they are very poor about getting back with you. The car has been in their shop for a week and the only updates I get is when I call. It seems they are very understaffed or just poor about Communicating with the customer. On top of all this, there still telling us there’s nothing wrong with the car and that we will have to buy a third set of tires because tires are not covered under warranty. I would definitely not recommending buying anything from the dealership not only is it a pain when something goes wrong with your vehicle, but it is also the same way to get oil changes done there. It is a constant hassle for scheduling and communication.

Came in to just show my hubby the Terrain I was looking to maybe replace my upcoming lease end with. Scott B was very nice and showed us the different cars I was looking at. We ended up getting a nicer Terrain than I had expected and Scott was above and beyond of what we expected from a salesman. Since I wanted to pick up my new Terrain that same day he even stayed after to make that happen. The next day when I could not figure out the fancy equipment the new car has he took more time to show me all my new gadgets. Meanwhile, found the new truck for the hub's lease end. Looking forward to doing business with Scott B again in the future. This is my new car after being tinted 🙂
