Giving 1 star because it doesn't allow 0. Paid $217 to get an oil change and computer check for 2017 dodge durango. Mechanic said nothing wrong even after I complained of it shaking. Not even a month later my water pump and radiator went out while in line to pick up my daughter. Had it towed to shop. Paid over $1700 to get everything fixed. Was told I needed a radiator cap. Was told it had to be ordered and I would receive a call to come get it. I said go ahead and add it to the order. Over 2 months and no call. Seems as if they switched companies or mechanic management. They could not find my order info. Finally got a call to come get cap. Was told I have to pay $54 after I already paid it with the order. I refused. Will no longer do business with these money hungry people. I was already driving over 20 mins to give them my business. Definitely will be going to another Dodge dealership. This is a notice to remove me from any communication.

I just purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Car buying is an experience that I (and most everyone I know!) dread because it is usually overwhelming intimidating. Test drove a jeep gladiator and was out by 5pm with it the sale men was Very informative with all the features of the jeep took time to show all details and features it had to offer

Had a warranty issue fixed on our Jeep today. Service team was awesome to work with. They had the car in and out in 36 hours for 3 different warranty issues. Also worked seamlessly with the warranty company. Would highly recommend this dealership purely out of the professionalism and efficiency that I experienced.

My experience is dated back on 11.25.24. Service Advisor is Kelia. We had spoken several times before my service. She was very friendly, humble and knowledgeable. My vehicle needed an recall service, it was a 2 part series due to my time going to work and their service department being fulled every day. She provided what was going on at the shop.
