Opening an account at Day air credit Union was one of the most convenient things I’ve ever done. Most of it was done online, and the account specialist who worked with me was prompt, informative, and extremely friendly.
Every email and every text response was within minutes. The people inside of the branch when I went to fund my account for the first time, was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I know I’m going to be happy here.

Dayair has been my bank for maybe 6 months, and while DayAir has been absolutely terrible with communication, freezing my accounts, charging me out of the butt with fees..I spoke with Teri today and she may have changed my mind to stay with the bank. She was super considerate, handled me with care AND patience knowing that I was super upset and on the verge of tears. She listened to everything I said and she was the 1000% version of what customer service should be. She had no bad attitude, and no judgement. She helped me and left me better than when I called.
