I was originally going to my local ford dealer in Charlevoix. But they were pulling shady stuff on pricing. I chose to drive over 100 miles to Dean Arbour because my parents had a great experience there with Dustin Thompson. Amazing service all around at the dealership. I will drive here for service too. Took my "new to me" 2018 f150 to them for a starter, and possibly new turbos. From the very beginning, my experience with Laura was wonderful. She kept me well informed every step of the way, even when she had bad news for me. Like, the mechanic was having trouble with bolts breaking and a cracked block. They were quick to get me a free loaner car, and replace the engine with a brand new long block from Ford, free of charge!! Oh, and the fact that ALL the work was done with a full 2 year parts and labor warranty, made this guy one happy customer!! Thank you Dean Arbor, you have earned a customer for life from me!

I found the vehicle at their Tawas location Mark S & Jimmy M had it brought over for us. As is always the case, they went above & beyond to get us in that unit. They were very generous with our trade in, which would have been a deciding factor against purchasing & in less than 2 hours from start to finish my husband drove off the lot with his dream truck.
