I am not sure how this place stays in business! Jeff Dice NEVER returns phone calls!!!! Horrible sales people---pushy and arrogant. The turn over rate at this place is horrendous!
I am young, I have had a few bumps and my credit is not perfect. That's WHY I ended up here! After jumping through numerous hoops...they totally sold me a 100% lemon! They do NOT thouroughly inspect their vehicles before placing them for sale. I took it to my father's mechanic and found out they just cleared out the codes that made the engine light come on instead of addressing the issue of WHY the engine light is on and why the vehicle pulls so hard to the right. When my father aand I complained about the repairs needed---they slapped some duct tape and a few bandaids and there ya go!!! I understand these are NOT new or certified vehicles...but damn.... quit screwing over your customers! I also know that most of their vehicles come from auctions...so there is no telling who did or did not do routine maintenance on the vehicle.
I also know for a fact...from speaking to a current customer... that Dice Automotive has PAID for positive reviews!!! That's pretty darn shady considering they only had 3.4 stars this time last year!?!? They also have a 1.3 star rating at the BBB!
There are several other used car dealerships here in this area---I recommend doing your research and going someplace else!

I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Jeff over the years .He has always been very helpful and treated me right.
The office manager Heather Jean is one of my favorite people. She is kind, funny and always very helpful with any and all questions pertaining to anything car related or numerous other topics. She is dedicated to providing the best service to her customers. She always has a smile on her face. I look forward to seeing her smiling face every week when I stop in to make my payment... it's like stopping over to a friend's home, she always makes you feel welcome. I would also like to mention always being greeted by two great kanines Edward and Emma.

Car buying usually freaks me out, love cars but hate going to buy them. I was nervous for a while but Rick was patient. Treated me like a person and gave me time to look over at least three different vehicles, worked out an amazing deal on a car that I really liked. Small lots can be a little intimidating on car quality but DICE is solid and their people will be able work with you.
