I HATE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible service. It takes about 30-minutes just to get someone on the phone. Customer Service reps become extremely ornery as soon as things need a little extra attention. I had a $10 dollar charge on a credit card I haven't used in years (automatic payment I didn't know about).. since they did not have my updated information they did not send me any information about the charge being late (even though they did have my email on file). I paid off multiple large loans and this credit card with the company. Great payment history. It destroyed by credit 40-points and they told me there is nothing they can do (though my mother had a similar situation in the past with a different company and they were able to take care of it and keep it off the credit reports).
My husband has moved around a lot and since he didn't know the exact address listed on his file (though he was able to list the 3 that it could be) they told him he had to go in to confirm identity... we live 3-hours away. Only other solution was to apparently call them off a number that is listed on his file but refused to confirm which number it is (moving = new phones numbers).

Do not bank with them.

Does anyone EVER answer the phone? I have been calling the Lambertville branch and the Toledo Whiteford branch for DAYS and no one answers the phone. That alone is piss poor service. It shows a definite lack of caring on the employees and the branch managers part. If they can't even answer their phones I can't keep banking with them. They obviously don't have their customers best interests in mind. Dereliction of duty at the most basic level.

Spoke with what I assume was a new teller,
Maybe even a manager. I was extremely put off by the conversation right from the beginning. The tone of voice and passive aggressive comments aren’t something I have ever dealt with at my current bank, Huntington. I have to use this bank for my lease. I was behind on 2 payments that I was in contact with an employee that is no longer there. When speaking to this other employee, she made me feel so small and completely changed the good mood I was in. You really don’t know who’s day you make or break. Always be kind. I will spare the employees name in hopes that this is seen and maybe she will be a little kinder to the next person struggling.

I’ve been coming to this branch monthly for four years and TODAY they told me they couldn’t complete my transaction because my ID number wasn’t on file to be properly identified (as i presented all the same items i always do). I mentioned that I’d been coming to this branch regularly and the woman CONFIRMED SHE WAS FAMILIAR WITH ME but that because of a rule they were newly enforcing they wouldn’t be able to help me. She also could not provide any information as to how I could correct this oversight. And she said she was the MANAGER. I’m disgusted and want nothing more to do with this Directions location. I called a different branch and spoke to a very nice representative who was surprised to hear this and said they could help me at her branch.

Switching banks today. I've called 10 times not over a week and can't talk to anybody! But my call is very important to them and if I leave a message they won't call me back!

Not so happy with the Lambertville location. Never the friendliest, a total disaster trying to open an account for my mother. Everything was a mess.
I will stick with the location on Tremainsville. Lisa is THE BEST!!
