I've been a member of ENT and have a loan through them. While I appreciate the ability to make multiple payments each month, I’ve encountered an issue with the online payment system. Despite making payments promptly, the processing takes 3 days, which impacts my daily interest rate and ultimately benefits the company, not the member. This delay feels like an unfair billing practice, and it’s frustrating to see ENT profit from this delay rather than providing timely processing. I would caution potential customers to consider this when choosing a financial institution. I have another credit union that processes payments much more efficiently and fairly

This has been my credit union for almost 20 years, and I have always loved it. In fact, I often recommended it to others; however, two weeks ago, I stopped into the Aurora branch to get a new debit card because I had misplaced mine. The teller informed me that their system was down, and they couldn't create a new one. I asked if I could at least get cash from my account because I was going on vacation for the next two weeks. They could not do that either. I had them inquire about the other branches --they were all down. The next day was Saturday, and apparently , unlike other banks, they are closed which meant that I couldn't get a new card then either, so I was totally locked out of getting my money from my account. Consequently, I had to borrow cash from a friend just so I would have some cash for my vacation.

Today, when I was finally able to return to the credit union, I told the teller that I was very irritated and explained what happened. I also informed her that I was vacillating between asking for a new card or just closing my account. She said, "Sorry, that happens, but the system is working now." What? That's your response to me being unable to access my account, needing to borrow money from a friend, and not having enough cash to even get me through my vacation? Are you insane?

I nearly closed my account that second, but I couldn't remember what outstanding withdrawals were imminent so I decided to wait. I'm now going to start shopping for a more reliable bank with better hours that seems to understand customer service more.

It's too bad because I really felt like this one was the best bank in the region.

No sign of virtual assistant. Good thing I opted for half an hour parking around the corner as waiting for help almost exceeded the parking time just to cash some checks. A sense of urgency would be appreciated. Seems like we are moving away from a person to person world. And customer service has been put last everywhere.

Have been a patron for several years. The level of service and security is the best I've participated with. If you are not a member of ENT, visit them as soon as you can and become one.

Ent is a great credit union. I have been with them for many years. I mostly use online banking, but occasionally stop by to deposit a check and withdraw cash. Tellers are always pleasant and efficient.

The downtown location is an absolute joke, as a new customer I don't want to be told we're short staffed come back later in a couple of hours, I left there very annoyed. The only reason I came back was to inquire about the cd interest rate, ugh this place is the worst. Guess I should put my moneys omewhere they don't act discriminitive. I am generally anti-bank and willing to put up with the quirks of Credit Unions.
Ent is the first time I haven’t found any quirks, thus far. Joined via an auto loan and have had a great experience.
Have never had to go into a branch, the technology is reliable, and they kept their promotion promises for opening checking and savings accounts, along with the loan.
The two times I’ve had to call in, they’ve been fast and friendly.
