Loved this company so much! They helped us get rid of debt with a payment we could afford by working with credit card companies to lower our interest rates and having a payment plan that got rid of ALL credit card debt in five years! Each staff member I worked with were completely knowledgeable and amazing. One even told me how she had successfully used the program before getting hired for their company, and that made such a good impression on me. This program does close the credit cards but then works with the creditors to pay off the remaining balance at a possible rate rather than about 30% interest rates that credit cards like to give.

This is a fantastic consolation company. The minimum payments for my credit cards were over $1200 every month before I started the program. They were able to secure a payment of less than $700 per month for all cards and even negotiated a lower interest rate on my behalf for each card. I’m talking 25-30% all the way down to 8-11% interest!
Because of this, I was able to pay off my entire balance over one year early! I HIGHLY recommend this company to help you get out of tough debt!

I got in touch with them last month, got everything figured out and looked like it was going to be good. Then comes my first payment to them, and I also had to pay one of the bills they are covering. Then my second payment, and then I had to pay the other 2 bills they are covering. So these bills got double payments this month. What a horrible month! No Christmas for me and mine. They did Not tell me this was going to happen. But they did tell me today that they are Still negotiating with one of my bills. This is Not Helping me! My finances are Worse now than they were before!

Family Credit Management helped me get out from crippling credit card debt without cancelling my cards! Knowing I could have the just in case option was key in getting through these last almost 5 years without using them. The people at FCM were SO nice and flexible and not at all judgmental. If you are worried and unable to negotiate yourself, consider Family Credit Management to help you get out from under debt. Seriously, that sounds like a canned bot review but I swear I'm real and this has been such a source of relief for me.
