I would highly recommend this dealership and Brandon Munsey as a sales person if your looking for a new vehicle!!
I was tentatively looking at some Rams online and Brandon from Feeny contacted me right away and was very eager, without being pushy, to make sure he found us exactly what we wanted and nothing more. We went back and forth over text until I could make it in to the dealership. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Even though I was also communicating with other dealerships at the same time, Brandon seemed to be the most knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and wants in a new vehicle and also made sure I knew he would get me the best price possible. I set a few a different appointments with dealerships in the area with Feeny being the first one. We met up with Brandon and he was amazing, he was flexible, understanding, super knowledgeable, and made the entire process so easy for us and our family. That day we found a truck that we absolutely loved, with so many more options than we asked for. We had a tricky situation with our trade in but Brandon made it go as seamlessly as possible and it was a great experience. I don’t enjoy the car buying process at all, I have done it many times but I have to say this was the easiest and most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had. I’m so so happy with my new truck!!

I’ve had numerous encounters with the body shop for my 2011 Jeep that took some damage from driving. Both times Feeny was able to fix my vehicle quickly and significantly less than other body shops in the area. I recently purchased a 2024 Ram and that entire experience was easy and pleasant. Would absolutely recommend the dealership for either service or vehicle sales.

I misplaced my return mailing card for review so I will do that here. I was having a message come up on my message board saying my transmission was overheating temporarily unavailable. Dropped it off on a Sunday. The tech kept in contact with me via text to inform me of the issue and what the repair would be. It ended up being a few recalls and they did an update "flash". Called me and explained over the phone and again when I picked it up what was done. Very professional and informative.
