I used to love this bank but now since they put their new “fraud” alerts in place it’s the worst! I Can’t even get my own money out of the ATM because of fraud alert then I have to wait 10+ mins for a text to approve it. Not very useful when I need to get money out. I basically have to plan my day around the ATM situation if I need to get money out. Ridiculous. I’ve been a member for 10+ years and now will be switching banks due to this. Also I had to go into the branch to get a new ATM card and it has a faulty chip but to get the card replaced with the same card number, I have to drive an hour back to a branch to get a new card.

RUN DO NOT WALK away from this bank.

If you have kids out of their radius that might need $, or you ever move, FORGET IT!! Everything must be handled in person or their mind goes in a jam, even notarized notes and sending DL arent enough - their processes seem very archaic vs. other banks.

And, where they could have had new business, their operators were so rude and uncaring, they lose it too. One told me after much communication, that she is no longer handling and just dumped me to the abyss.

Absolutely no one is monitoring customer satisfaction or training at this bank.

Chelse took the time to help me this morning with a fraudulent transaction on our business account. She reached out to the key personnel in the fraud department and got everything settled plus a new account established in no time at all.

Also, thanks to William in the fraud department for the help and forms necessary to complete the transaction.

It now it’s time to bust the bad guys and get the funds reversed. Thanks Financial Plus Team!!!

I've been paying my loan the same way over the phone for months, then they decide I can't do it that way any more so I have to drive 2 hours round trip every time I have to make a payment. They also wouldn't let me pay more than 3 months in advance which makes it more difficult. They want your money, but they can't even make it easy for you to get it to them and their online banking system is not easy to use for people that just have loans and not checking accounts.

I have been banking here for just over one year. The staff is amazing!! Everyone. I am treated as a valued customer. I never feel rushed or misunderstood. I am respected in a world that is losing this concept. Way to go FPCU!!!
