I have to say if you are in the Fire Fighting community and you don't already use FFCU you are missing out. I have been a member for my entire life and have actively used them for 99% of all my loans, CC's etc. for my adult life. They are the best in the business. I would highly recommend Michelle, she has been amazing for so many years. I have zero doubts that if I need anything she will take care of me. I have never ever had any issues of any sorts from anyone there, amazing customer service. Again highly highly HIGHLY recommend them for all your banking needs.

My dad was a firefighter and I remember going to their old building, getting a sucker, and playing by the water fountain for as far back as I can remember. When I was eighteen I got my first bank account and first checks through them. When I married at thirty two my husband joined my account. Around that time things were so hectic I missed a car payment - they waived the fine. They have been there for my family literally my entire life, aNd they are on your side. I would never go anywhere else. They treat you like family. 🙂
