when a family member passed away there was very clear instructions by the the deceased on how everything was supposed to be handled. However Mike Morgan has been extremely unresponsive and being the VP of wealth management you think he would be helpful. The president of the bank, Russell Kassin was just as useless and only concern was he was losing a large amount of funds from his bank not that someone has passed away not that someone lost a family member and trying to figure out the estate and all that needs to be accomplished while grieving our loss. This process has taken over 4 months since they were notified of the date of death. I would highly recommend against using this bank or their wealth management team for any of your financial planning for yourself or loved ones. If I was able to give a negative rating, they would've earned it.

Nice staff, and very helpful. This bank has been more helpful, than my previous bank, Huntington, whom I've been banking with for nearly a decade. I highly suggest FNB for any new member, young or old.

I was wrongly charged twice through Venmo and the bank took the money I put in for a second time for nsf fees causing my account to continually go negative for charges I had already paid for twice over. I am not a fan and the lady on the phone was being rude and making comments about what my transactions were for and that isn’t a tellers business nor should judgement be being passed I had the money in the account and no good reason to speak to me this way, and refuse to reverse nsf fees for charges already paid for

Tried to call to sort of a statement of why my account just got over drafted and they have hung up on my twice now. They transfer me and than hang up.

Approaching 50 years with FNB and to all you negative Nellie's I say they are and have always been Golden with me !
I am loyal to and stay with a winner !!

This "financial institution" cant be bothered to do the simplest of tasks for their account holders. They have now made us miss our rental payment, which we pay extra to transfer weekly. They have double paid our payment on more than one occasion, directly taking food out of the mouth of our toddler, due to the fact they made us WAIT two weeks to receive the funds back into the account. It was TheIr error. It should have been returned immediately. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Get a credit union account, they've always been more accountable in my experience. This bank is a ridiculous excuse of an institution.

Lobby opens at 9am. Google states 8:30. Went through the drive through to ask lobby times and the lady tells me 9am......it's always been 9am. I don't ever go inside unless I am exchanging change twice a year. Not everyone knows this. I fet it was very rude.

Nothing but issues every time switching banks. Beware if you have an account open with them they charge you any chance they can. Banking app constantly crashes or does not Work. Suggest trying a different bank if your looking to be treated fairly.
