We can not say enough amazing things about Floridacentral Credit Union and, more specifically, this branch/their staff! This CU consistently has the BEST rates AND customer service, which undoubtedly keeps bringing us back.

We look forward to our in-person visits/seeing everyone (vs. paying online), as this branch still genuinely values each of their customers and treats them like family-which brings us joy. Janet is an absolutely wonderful branch manager; she's always so efficient, communicative, and available to help ensure we're taken care of from beginning to end, repeatedly going above and beyond. The building itself is newly constructed and beautiful, I might add, completely equipped with everything top of the line. The location, parking lot and drive-thrus tick all the right boxes.

Kristy Vivier was incredibly helpful. My husband and I went into the Trinity branch to open an account. No one was available to assist us. So, Kristy went out of her way to call another branch and work with someone there to open our account so that we weren’t inconvenienced. Excellent customer service.

I needed to skip a monthly payment, I went ahead like 2 weeks ahead to request the skip, they confirmed me they will stop the withdrawal, the day of the payment, my account is in red, Florida Credit Union took the payment and they want to blame my bank for paying and tey do not really give me any solutions.
