Honestly impossible to work there. But it's not really the fault of the company, themselves. They're having a contract with Bank of America, who is the worst company possible, with impossible rules that they force everyone to follow. While I hated working there, I wouldn't necessarily blame the company themselves. If they had a better company that had more fair rules, I wouldn't necessarily be against recommending them.

I was originally hired for the DeLand office. I had to change my start dates a few times because of medical conditions. Then when I was finally ready to start my migraines couldn't handle the building lights. I was given the opportunity to work from home but then somewhere along the line I put in my resignation. I never once stated that I was going to resign from this job because I wanted to work for this company. After this situation I have been looking for a job since January. I'm still disappointed with how things ended up with no explanation nor did I sign anything in which my resignation was given. I mean the company seems great although dishonesty isn't a professional look. I'm a hard working individual who would've been a great asset to any of those projects. The few people that I was able to meet were great. I wish Foundever nothing but success in the future.

This environment IS really toxic. The SCAS and TEAM LEADS don’t want to do anything!!! I’ve had 3 scas in a one month period because they didn’t want to help seasoned agents. Most of the time they’re laughing, joking and playing around while agents are on calls. If you’ve been here for over 6 months, they don’t want to assist you in the chat. There is some slight resentment since Agents can potentially make more money. The scas will try to use the agents to do their jobs and set an example for other agents when they are the ones that’s suppose to do that. I feel very disrespected and targeted working here. I also feel my kindness is being taken as a weakness.
It’s a steady job with decent pay and full-time hours however they fail to disclose that your first 6 months are your grace period and after that things start to count against you. There’s not much warning that this job is not guaranteed and that you could be fired for performance. I’m starting to look for another job because the metrics have become highly unrealistic and I’ve gotten multiple emps from the bank in a short amount of time. There’s not much help from the SCAs neither, in fact most of them don’t even know what they’re doing or just don’t want to help.There is also FAVORITISM. Personally for me, things went downhill when my Team Lead was changed.

I’ve also been dealing with some rather passive aggressive behavior from management. I was accused of “having an outburst” when all I was doing was just requesting for someone to approve my transfer because the SCA was taking way too long (the clients will get upset if they are on hold too long). I also just recently had an incident where I had to leave work in an ambulance and I called out for work, however I was given a hard time about not showing up even though I presented the doctor’s note stating that I do not return to work until 07/11/2024. If I present a doctor’s note showing that I don’t have to come back until a certain day, it shouldn’t matter what I said on the recording.

Foundever is the most unorganized co.I was at MY last day of skillup which I WAS not helpes ONE time during those weeks. Training is a 1. You are thrown out to the floor to fend 4 yourself.The last day of skill up they were having a webex.The staff didnt know what they were suppose to be doing in the webex and took a long tine. During that time i put my hands on myforehead and proceeded to wait for the webex to formally start. Instead I got terminated bc they said I was sleeping. EEOC WILL be contacted due to the nature of wrongful termination.

Don't work for them. The training process is unprofessional and sloppy, the virtual equipment they use is overly complex and often crashes due to that. Every number they give you for HR or anything else is disconnected, and management does not respond to emails. It took me 3 months to get my W2 I am really glad I quit when I saw how disorganized training was. Not to mention they use payday and ADP to manage your checks at the same time which is overkill, and the payday app is supposed to let you redirect your money but it never counts it, so you constantly login to a notice of $0 paychecks and they just don't care.

You will be employed but it is not a secured job, if they lose the contact you will be without a job. I was rehired two times and within months I was jobless. The TL’s are lazy and don’t care about the employees. One day you have a great job and then you have to don’t have a job. It’s sad that you don’t get enough pay but one day you come in to work and guess what we lost our contract and effective this date you will no longer be employed by us except the TL’s they get replaced.

Currently working here it's a good inbetween job but sometimes it feels like you cant get any help, I got lucky and got a good team lead but some of the others barley do their job. Pay is okay and their is availability to go up the ladder if customer service is your thing and your willing to put in time.
