Inquired online about a vehicle and they messaged me constantly about it. Decided to go and look at it. Made an appointment, sales person was with another customer during my scheduled appointment. The process took a lot longer than it should have and they seemed upset about me denying the $10,000 warranty. I asked for the price ahead of time which they didn’t want to give me and had a check for the exact amount. Within 24 hours the vehicle had an issue when accelerating and they had the option to let me take it to my local Chevy garage for service but the sales manager denied that option, I live over an hour away from this dealership. The vehicle had bad motor mounts and missing sway bar link, and they said it supposedly just had an alignment. Vehicle was also not detailed before the sale, or not very good. Overall I like my vehicle but even after telling the dealership about the issues they haven’t offered any kind of resolution. Should have to pay for $1,000 in repairs for a $23,000 vehicle within the first week of ownership.

We were up in the U.P. from Illinois for the 4th week. We have camp in Republic. We brought a truck load of garbage to the dump in Negaunee and my truck broke down. Luckily Fox GMC was right down the road. They got the parts we needed quickly and fixed my truck. Everyone their was very nice and helpful.
