Amazing service from a friendly and caring team. My daughter was traveling home from Tech and had issues with her truck in Champion. She diagnosed it as needing a new starter. She is very capable of fixing herself and had tools, but was 25+ miles from the nearest parts store with a starter that fit her truck, and it was about 8 degrees out.
I called Fox GMC to request a tow to their shop. Stephanie was very helpful and told me they would get a tow right away. She did communicate that the schedule was quite booked and she wasn’t sure how early in the day they could get to it, and depending on what was found it might carry over to the next morning.
Upon arriving at the shop with the tow truck, my daughter was greeted by friendly people and was told the same thing I was regarding timing. I made the decision to book her a hotel room down the road, as I assumed it would roll over to the next day. The Fox team gave her a ride to the hotel.
Late in the day, I received a call from Stephanie to tell me the truck was fixed. I paid by phone and she said she would call my daughter and go pick her up at the hotel. She asked if my daughter was staying overnight or driving home, expressing genuine concern as there was some snow expected.
My daughter reported back to me how friendly and caring Stephanie was when she picked her up.
The following morning, my daughter received a text from Stephanie asking if she made it home safely. WOW! It makes me so happy know there are great people out there taking care of each other. Thank you!!!!

My experience with the Body Shop was great! I stopped a few weeks ago to get an estimate. Following a short wait for the parts needed, I was contacted to set up an appointment. When I arrived, it was apparent that they were very busy, but Jacob was able to get me in right on time. I had expected to be there for 90 minutes for the repair, but everything was done in about 45 minutes. And, the bill was a bit less than the estimate. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend the Fox Marquette GM body shop for repair work.
