Visited Garber Midland Service department to see if they had time to check our vehicle for a Safety Recall. Service writer (one of three) was willing to verify the Recall notification and quickly found the Recall information. He retrieved some calipers and met me at my car. He collected the information required for the Recall is just a couple minutes. He processed the service paperwork quickly and we were on our way ....start to finish in less than 15 minutes. Service Advisor was personable and knowledgeable. Good job.

Everything was going great until we came to pick up the car. They sent someone out to bring the car around for us. We waited 23 minutes while they tracked him down. They didn't know where he went or what he was doing. When he finally showed up with the car, he was not very apologetic. It was very frustrating.
