Went to this branch to get a new debit card because unfortunately I lost the one I had. The teller asked me all these questions even said you called it in and blocked the card right and I said yes. So here I am finally happy a got a new card. I left and went to a restaurant to eat for dinner. Card was declined so I called in thinking card needs to be activated. Well the lady on the phone said the teller reissued the lost card! Dang teller lady, you even asked you called and blocked the card, so why the f did you reissued the lost card instead of getting me a completely new card number! Wasted my drive, my time and embarrassment at the restaurant!!! Bad experience, teach your teller right.

I recently switched to Golden 1, and my experience has been disappointing. There are several reasons why Golden 1 falls short, but to highlight a couple: they make you wait outside to see a teller, which wouldn’t be an issue if their mobile app wasn’t frequently down. I recommend doing your research and considering other banking options.

I absolutely love banking at Golden1. Hopefully they update this location, the address is no longer on March Lane, it’s over on Pacific Ave in Sherwood Mall in front of Macy’s. I have never had any issues with ATMs or service. Sometimes they get busy in the bank but honestly who actually goes into a bank anymore unless you need a loan or something like that? Heck you can even do that online.

I haven't used this branch since they moved and have no drive thru. I'm not driving to Morada when the previous branch was 3 blocks from my home. I use other credit unions that have drive thru and no fees.

Very poor and terrible service to make members & potential new members wait outside inline like prison yard (you treat people like delinquents they will act like it,so sad). Elderly are waiting in hot weather that is not well for their health. And no, that was not a line for the ATM.

I came in a little before 2pm to try and open an account for my son only to be turned down during closing at 5pm. I can not believe that there was only 3 workers (1 bank teller, 1 person who helps the customer accounts and 1 team lead). Unfortunately the team lead was helping the bank teller and was unable to fill in for what I needed to be done for my account. I guess now you need an appointment for everything and the available appointment is far out at least 1-3 weeks. What if this was something I needed to be done asap? Am i suppose to go to other branches out of town to get this situated? Golden one should hire more people as the stockton branch is very busy as per other reviews. I was very disappointed as well because as I am waiting patiently, the team lead was suppose to call me and notify me if they were able to help me with my account by 4pm but I received no call. Its very unprofessional to turn down a customer and receive no help from your own bank.

Tried to set up mobile banking on my phone. what a nightmare!. Guess I have to make an appointment just to get the app installed on my phone. what a piece of drek.
Update: couldn't sign into my account to check on important deposit. The help line took 10 minutes to answer. Maybe if they didn't spend so much money putting their name on sports stadiums they could spend more on customer service.

Horrible customer service. I called early to make an appointment to open a checking account. The person who answered did not give me the option to make an appointment online and just told me to do so online. The problem is I only had cash to make the first deposit and online it won’t let you move forward without a card or other banking account to transfer from.

Then I decided to come into this branch. The line was long and they didn’t have anyone in the lobby to help direct the line. The security guard was doing so and he wasn’t able to answer my questions. He told me to get in line. I did and waited over 30 minutes only to be told that I can’t be seen without an appointment.

Also, they have a QR code to scan in the lobby if you are a walk in. I did so and even then there was no one to help me.

I don’t recommend this branch. Horrible service. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
