Good Neighbors Credit Union and the staff at Grant St and especially Tim Meade has been a blessing for me. My account was originally opened on Connecticut St and I have moved with them to Grant near W. Delavan to near Lafayette St. GNCU has been there for me at my lowest point when I was overdrafting my account weekly to make ends meet. Also, they gave me not one but two loans that I have paid off, and a car loan that I have paid off. I kniw at that te no other bank would have ever did that for me. I don't have a need for a mortgage, but I'm sure if I did they would be there. The word neighbor says a lot about this bank. GNCU is family oriented. its more than a bank. And l it's face they are here to make m I need as well, but GNCU It's a friend when your in need.

I love this place! This Credit Union truly lives up to its name. I’ve been a member for nearly a year and I always feel valued and like the team here genuinely cares about me and supporting me in reaching my financial goals, getting on track, and staying on track. I have to give a special shout-out to Angel, who is beyond amazing!

Leave the bank and come to Good Neighbors. That’s my advice for everyone in the 716.

For a small community bank on the Westside, They don't really help the community! The minorities are giving a hard time and a run around with being asked for the same documentations over and over again to prolong the loan process. You will give them what they ask for and they say a leak, they misplaced it, If you ask questions your rejected! This is A very irresponsible branch on Grant Street . A very high number of turnover of people that work there. Their lack of handling your personal documents is a 1 star. They will totally mess up your account and won't accept accountability for their wrong!! This is a racist bank who helps certain people in the community! 💯💯 Speaking from my own experience with them!

I can’t praise this CU enough! Tim has helped me secure multiple loans, without any issues or delays. He’s always kind, responsive and professional. The brand new branch in Lancaster is beautiful.

No ATM, No lock boxes, They don't help business. Their racist on how they give out loans. The tellers holding personal conversations messing up your transactions due to being pre occupied with their personal phone screens and sideline conversation (Grant st) with unresponsible loan officers Who will keep misplacing your documentations for loans!

This place is a life saver, nobody would give a chance because of my credit score and James was very sweet and understanding of my situation but also explained everything to me every step of the way and then I met Tim he was just as efficient as James, Everyone was so nice. Even the dang front staff was pleasant to interact with, this was such an amazing experience for me, I would and recommend GOOD NEIGHBORS to any and everyone. They definitely got me and my husband as a client for life.
