My truck is very rusty and when I hit a mud puddle I destroyed my BCM. I went to Great Lakes ford to replace it and the parts department was very knowledgeable for what my truck needed and answered every question I had. They made it super easy to purchase and it came very quickly. Once I got the BCM installed I went back to Great Lakes ford to have it programmed. Not only was the communication for appointments amazing the service department staff was amazing. They got me set up and ready to go on the phone all I had to do was come in and sign a paper to allow them to do the work. My truck was towed in and the driver didn’t communicate that my truck was dropped off and Great Lakes took care of it and informed me my truck was there and was safe. After they went to program it they discovered my battery was trash so they called me right away and had it replaced. What I thought was going to be an outrageous bill and a 5 day process was a 1 day process and a more than affordable bill. Great Lakes ford 10/10 I will be going back in the future.

I brought my 2014 dodge ram to get tires and an oil pressure sensor and had a fantastic experience! After shopping numerous dealers in West Michigan I ended up at GL Ford, and am glad I did.
There’s always some risk in buying a used car. My salesman Mike went to great lengths to minimize that risk. When some issues came up during and after the test drive, they promptly sent the vehicle off for repairs. Communication was excellent the entire time.

Best experience I have ever had when buying a car! Matt and the other agents were great. Matt was very helpful in learning some of the technology. I went in to buy a used Explorer and went home with a 2025 Explorer that was within my budget!! Again, everyone there were super. Nothing like the old days when you have to haggle about the price.
