Natalia Vandeberg is the light at the end of my tunnel. She is very attentive, kind & warm hearted. She did things I didn’t even know that could be done. I came in to simply deposit money & I asked one question and she gave many solutions. Not only did she give me solutions she executed them and tried her best to make sure they could happen for my benefit. Not only do I feel relieved about some financial issues I have a plan now and someone who I can come to whenever I need help. She even gave me options of refinancing my vehicle which I’m definitely looking into. I didn’t feel like pressured or forced to do anything, she was simply going out her way to help. I was in dyer need for assistance for me getting a loan where everywhere else I applied for a loan was denied. I was assisted with all needs reopening my checking account because I was having issues. To fixing my credit card and helping me pull money out of my account when having problems. I’ve received by far the best service grow financial team members went above and beyond for me in my case of emergency. I definitely highly recommend grow financial. They take care of you and treat you like family and that all needs are met and then some!

The New Tampa Branch is the best. Natalia is the Wondeferful and is always patient & willing to support my spouse with any and all issues no matter big or small. I have never had a bad experience coming to this Grow Branch, everyone here is very personable and also very knowledgable in banking.
