Although I have only dealt with the mount pleasant location, there is not an option to place a review for that branch. I dare say after reading a variety of other reviews that the company seems to be run the same way across all locations in that their main goal is to look out for themselves. Our "financial planner" was nothing more than a glorified insurance salesman looking to make himself some commission after hours of meetings in which we were talked in circles. Suggesting we purchase pension protection at $490/month when a much, much cheaper option was feasible and never even mentioned was the tipping point. Would not recommend unless you have money to waste.

I have nothing but good things to say about Hantz! They have taken care of pretty much all aspects of our financial well being (all kinds of insurance - life, car, home, etc., taxes, 401ks, IRAs, and everything in between). They have made us aware of opportunities we otherwise would not have known about as well. The monthly cost of services is well worth what you get in return. Everyone we have worked with has been super helpful and always willing to answer questions, no matter how many you may have 🙂

These people are going to steal so much money from you with hidden fees and products you don't need, and the worst part of it is that if you are not financially savvy, you're not even going to know it is happening to you. Be very weary of using them for anything, because once you start with a single product these salespeople are going to try to completely suck you into their umbrella of overpriced products designed to obscure how much you are actually paying them for their "service". They robbed my dad of so much money, and the poor guy did not even know it was happening. Unless you have a very very specific financial situation (hint: you probably don't) you never need an annuity. Do not let anyone ever sell you an annuity. Avoid these people at all costs. Use a financial planner that is a fiduciary, and use someone that you can pay on an hourly or one time project fee.

We started working with Hantz just as our life was about to get turned upside down. A job change requiring us to move out of state gave our advisor, Ryan King and company, lots to work on. From the first day they have been professional and knowledgeable. They kept their eyes on our finanical house while we were working on our physical house. Their suggestions have been profitable and in keeping with our goals and strategies. Now that we are living 12 hours away we are still using Ryan as our advisor. No need to look elsewhere. Highly recommend Ryan King to anyone who is looking for financial guidance.

They were have always been attentive to the financial goals we have set and have given us the peace of mind that they are watching out for our future. This is the worst place to do business with. They will take money from you. They have no compassion for their clients. Horrible experience. Do your research, gain as much knowledge as you can about investments. Don't let this company manage your Money, EVER!! They will try and sell you everything and anything.
